Let me walk you through the villa: SPACE: BEDROOMS: - There are 3 bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor.  - ACs are offered in all the rooms.  - Both bedrooms on the first floor have balconies.  - Two bedrooms have double beds whereas one bedroom has 2 single beds. Extra mattresses can be provided on request.   BATHROOMS:  - There are 3 bathrooms - One on the ground floor, one the first floor and another one by the poolside.  - Geysers, towels and basic toiletries are offered in all the bathrooms.  COMMON AREAS:  - The living room seats up to 10 people.  - It offers a TV, WiFi and a music system.  - There is a law...A villa that feels like home the moment you step in, Autumn makes for a comfortable getaway spot. Extra mattresses can be provided on request.   BATHROOMS:  - There are 3 bathrooms - One on the ground floor, one the first floor and another one by the poolside.  - Geysers, towels and basic toiletries are offered in all the bathrooms.  COMMON AREAS:  - The living room seats up to 10 people.  - It offers a TV, WiFi and a music system.  - There is a lawn and a swimming pool. - The pool is 17.6 x 7 in size is 3.3ft and 10 inches deep. - Events can be organised in the lawn at an additional cost, on prior notice.  KITCHEN - Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and for reheating purposes but not for elaborate cooking. - The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, gas stove, crockery and cutlery. FOOD - All meals can be provided at an additional cost. - The meals will be prepared in the in-house restaurant and will be delivered to the villa. - The package comprises lunch, evening snacks, dinner, followed by breakfast (for the next day). - Guests are requested to place their order 48 hours prior to the check-in date. Last-minute orders are not allowed. - The meals will be prepared in the in-house restaurant. - Meal prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.  COMMON AMENITIES:  - Torch, hair-dryer, wardrobes  - Medical kit, mosquito repellent  - Games  - Secured parking space for 3 cars Additional Amenities: - A torch, hair dryer is available. - Guests may use the wardrobes. - A medical kit is available at the villa. - Mosquito repellent can be provided. - Indoor and outdoor games are available. - Secured parking space for 3 cars is available, along with an additional parking spot on the street. - This is a wheelchair friendly property. - A complimentary tractor ride of approximately 1.5 hours can be arranged, which will take the guests to the lake point, Nakshatra Garden and nearby nature trails. GUEST ACCESS The guests have access to the entire villa.  In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. STAFF ACCOMMODATION There is no separate staff accommodation, however, they can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villa. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge. POLICIES - The number of guests cannot exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - Any breakage or damage of any items in the home will be charged at actuals. - Any illegal activity, including the use of narcotics, prostitution, commercial activity, is strictly not permitted. - The rental cost is exclusive of the refundable security deposit. We collect this additional amount before your stay - usually via a bank transfer - and refund the entire amount back to you after your stay, provided the number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. - A damage cover fee of Rs. 500 per night is collected at the time of booking. This fee is non-refundable. - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. PET POLICY - Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 1 pet, at an additional cost. - Pets will not be allowed inside the pool or around the poolside area. - In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets. - Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area. - As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food. - Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them. - Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove. - A refundable deposit will be collected before the check-in date, if a pet is accompanying the guests.

Nice place for weekend relaxation
This place is located almost 8-10km from Wada bus depot. However if you take Thane Jawhar bus, you can get down at entrance of Greenway Properties and this is the best way to reach there other than Private car. Villa is very nice with three spacious bedrooms, swimming pool , dining area, hall. Some indoor games are also there to spend time like monopoly,scrabble, jenga etc. Caretaker was very helpful. This place is perfect for 6-12 people.

Excellent relaxing villa!
7 of us girls stayed at the villa for 2 nights and truly enjoyed the space and hospitality! The pool, rooms, food - all was quite good! but the best part was the hospitality of the staff, who were always available for food, cleaning or any queries we had. We truly enjoyed a peaceful and joyous weekend at vista autumn wada!

Autumn is a very small cozy and comfortable property.Really good gateway with friends and family. Meals are reasonable and tasty..Pool and room cleaned and service by the caretaker is well taken care off..

Excellent
B-22 Autumn by vista rooms. Lovely location amidst the greens. The rooms are great too. We had come to celebrate dad's 50th birthday and it was a weekend to remember! The staff was exceptionally courteous and fulfilled all our requests, as we were traveling with infants. Special shout out to the caretaker who helped us thoroughly during our stay. He made sure that everything was top notch and was always available to help us with anything we needed. Meals by the villa were some really delicious meals. All in all, a memorable stay! Thanks Vista rooms....!!!! Will surely visit again and recommend our friends&Fly also.

Excellent villa for weekend gateway
We had a wonderful time staying at the Villa. The pool was clean and well maitained. The location was very beautiful. They have a nature trail and the river is close by. The location is in middle of lush greens which is a treat to the travellers. Vikas was always available on call. Would definitely recommend this property to others.

Amazing
B-22 Autumn In Wada is an amazing place. The house is located perfectly. Its spacious, has AC in the living room. Food was great and the service was good. Rooms and entire villa was very clean. Amazing experience, absolutely bang on with everything. Had a really great time with my friends. Overall great experience !
