An additional camp bed/travel cot can be supplied for younger guest.
There is plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay; from lazing on the beach to scuba-diving, horse-riding and waterskiing.
A beautifully designed promenade allows easy-walking., roller-blading etc along the water's edge to nearby Protaras and Blue Bay. Relax on one of the many benches and absorb the tranquility of the med either in the shade or under the stars by night.

Just hash 2 weeks in this lovely place. We were late arriving due to flight delays so didn’t get to the villa until the early hours. But as soon as we walked in there was a lovely welcome pack including a couple of beers :)
The villa is perfectly situated in the centre of Pernera just behind the Doma restaurant but it is still a quiet place. The villa is very clean and tidy on arrival and there is absolutely everything you could possibly wish for in the kitchen if you feel the need to cook. It is literally a 5 minute walk to the beach and the boardwalk to Protaras. We also had one of the local cats adopt us for the 2 weeks and would pop in to see us every day.
Hire cars or buggies are just around the corner if required along with a taxi rank at the entrance to the estate.
Book this villa, you won’t be disappointed.
Oh and don’t forget the free Wi-Fi!!

I stayed here for 2 weeks with my husband in May 2022. The villa is stunning. It’s in a PERFECT location, walking distance to some beautiful beaches, bars and delicious restaurants. The villa has the sun all day around the pool. The bbq was well used and sitting in the covered area to eat is welcome.
The villa literally has everything you could need for your holiday. Everything is so comfortable and it’s in a lovely quiet area
Booking was a breeze with Jo. Jo is so responsive to any questions I had from start to finish. Due to covid, it actually took us 3 attempts to make it to the villa and Jo kept in touch throughout
Would we go back? Absolutely

Great location
Second time we've stayed here great location in the centre of pernera sun on pool area all day the villa was clean on arrival and welcome pack was most appreciated pool cleaned twice a week defiantly thinking of booking again for next year

Great villa
Stayed in the villa for 7 days. Very well equipped and clean. So central to all shops and restaurants. Short walk to nearest beach - very convenient for everything. Would highly recommend.

Superb Villa
We stayed here for 11 days in August, myself, my husband, 23 year old daughter, 19 year old son and 10 year old son and we have been to this part of a cyprus now for years as we tend to come every 3 years, as we like to go different places to. But Cyprus is my most favourite place to visit I feel so at home here but this villa was the best we have ever stayed in. From booking Joanne was very helpful and answered any questions she was great. She also booked our transfer with a local company called Empire taxis who I also want to say in the review was fantastic to and I would recommend booking your taxi through Joanne with them, if you need a transfer. With 4 adults and a child been in the house there was still loads of room and the villa was spotless, the welcome pack was much appreciated as we arrived at 2.30 a.m in the morning and nothing was open. While we were there the owner came on holiday herself and she was really nice, she came to say hello and asked if everything was ok and even brought some biscuits which I thought was a really lovely gesture.
The pool was superb a fantastic size and was was maintained roughly every 3 days and was also spotless, to be honest I cannot fault anything whatsoever and unfortunately for me, my boys want to go skiing next year in winter and surfing in summer so it may be another few years until we visit Cyprus again but we always go back, as we have been going nearly 20 years now and I will definitely book this villa again and again. The location was the best we have ever had, couple minutes to bars and restaurants and less than five minutes to the beach and even not that far to walk into Protarus which we did a lot to take my younger son to mini golf.
To summarise everything, if you want a spotless, superb villa in the perfect spot in Pernera, do not hesitate and book this villa it is fantastic.
Thank you to Joanne etc, the taxi company and the owner for making this our best holiday ever. We will be back.

Fantastic!!!
Our first family holiday in Pernera, (Protaras),Cyprus. 2 adults & 1 child - 8 years old. The villa is in an ideal place literally 5/6 mins walk to the main strip with its many bars & retaurants. Great water park at the Anastasia hotel. We arrived quite late but the taxi was there to meet us and take us to the villa. The welcome pack included water, bacon, butter, eggs, bread,milk tea, coffee & sugar which was great. Spotlessly clean is how I can best describe the villa & pool. Everything we needed was there. The owner has given the villa a modern feel and it was an ideal size for us. Jo & Chad also set up an Xbox for our son. From the moment of booking with Jo til we left to return home was very smooth. Our questions were answered promptly. We would definitely recommend this villa.

Summer Holiday
I have stayed at this villa before and made recommendations to the owner and on my return noticed none of them had been put into place. The villa remains full of owners personal effects and makes it look totally cluttered. It leaves no visible working areas for preparing food and no space to put your shopping when you come back from the supermarket so I make the place look cluttered. The same kettle still leeks and the iron and ironing board are not acceptable standard. The villa inside needs modernising and painted, the outside canopy above the table is all torn and the other to shade the car is non-existent. We tried to watch the TV box which kept losing the signal and you never got to see anything to the end. Air conditioning wasn’t working downstairs but as soon as we contacted the owner it was sorted. This holiday was planned from May 2018 and we were all looking forward to it and it was my daughters boyfriends first time in Cyprus which was disappointing. Unfortunately we will not book this villa again we should have learnt from the first visit.

The owner is upset to have only a 2 star review as she feels she takes alot of time and spends alot of money each year on the villa for improvements.
For this year she has bought:
* A new liner pool
* new sun beds
* new patio table & chairs
* new movable umbrella
* new refrigerator
* new linens & towels
* new bath mats
* new faster WIFI
* new android box, which the support is on line with team viewer.
* new bed covers
* new water glasses
* new kitchen towels
She also provides a full welcome pack (wines (small bottles) beer, soft drinks, croissants) eggs, bacon, orange juice, milk, water, bread)
She also offered a midweek clean. She says that the villa is laid out how she feels it should look, which has always been a pleasure to her other guests who have left 5 star reviews. She is sorry that you have not enjoyed your stay this time.

Great little villa
The villa was a perfect size for our family of four. Our children are 3 and 5 and the villa provided a perfect space for them to play and enjoy themselves. The pool was an ideal size for all of us, it was lovely to relax on one of the sun loungers whilst the children splashed about! Although you have neighbours either side, it still feels private and we didn't feel over looked at all.
The villa offered everything needed for a two week holiday and we were very greatful to find a generous welcome pack in the fridge. There is a Metro and Lidl nearby, as well as various convenience stores in walking distance.
Jo and Chaz we're really helpful and arranged a taxi transfer from and to the airport, as well as arranging a hire car for us for the duration of our stay.
We found some lovely places to eat in Pernera, Atalia was fantastic and Thomas' Was great to take the kids - amazing service from the staff.
A great holiday, we would love to return.

Wonderful break
Stayed at the villa for an amazing week with friends and loved it...we didn't want to leave.
The booking process was smooth from start to finish. Jo ensured we were met at the villa on our arrival and arranged transfers for our return to uk.
Chaz was helpful and friendly and came and cleaned the pool twice whilst we were there.
Had a welcome pack on arrival which was nice to have as we were super thirsty on arrival and there were cold waters in the fridge.
Will definitely be booking with Jo again..wonderful villa in a fab location...beach was literally a stone's throw away..cant complain 😊

Pernera is a fantastic destination for couples or families.
With award winning restaurants, plenty of bars, shops available on the doorstep of Sunset Villa.
Spoilt for choice with Pernera beach, the Golden Coast beach and fishing harbour.. or take a walk along the coastline on the wooden boardwalk, starting in Pernera to the beaches of Protaras (20 minute walk). With places to stop and eat/drink along the way, you can enjoy the sea views.
Getting around
Being located in the resort centre a car is not needed. If you would like to explore the island, getting around is easy. There is a bus service that runs every 20/25 minutes from 6am to 2am, 7 days a week from May to Oct incl. There is also a Winter bus service. Pernera is a veritable paradise for anyone who loves the sea and water sports or simply relaxing on the beach. You can walk along the coastal boardwalk to Protaras in 20 minutes. Within a few minutes driving distance from Protaras is the beautiful harbour of Ayia Napa and the medieval monastery in the middle of the town. Also to be seen are the windmills and small churches of the surrounding villages. Lots to see and do.
