Nefeli Villa possesses a distinctive character, carefully-styled across the two 40m2 floors, while the villa can accommodate up to 6 visitors. Upon entering, a spacious open-plan living room and a conjoined modern, fully-equipped kitchen welcome you.
Upstairs, the comfortable master bedroom and the secondary bedroom feature plush beds and private balconies. Nefeli Villa offers two separate bathrooms, one on every floor for more convenience. Furthermore, right outside the unit, the verdant garden, the furnished patios and the sun terrace leads to the crystalline swimming pool. The pool is also kid-friendly, as it has a gradual depth of 0.90m to 1.70m and expand in 8x4 meters.
Architecture and Design
The wonderful two-storey luxury villa incorporates the minimal lines, elaborate roof cornices and ledges of the Lefkadian architecture. The villas’ sunlit balcony and covered terrace provides a very comfortable outdoor relaxation area for the guests too.
Additionally, the upscale complex blends harmoniously with the surrounding nature; low stone fences, well-trimmed gardens and cozy grass areas gently separate every unit from the common areas for an enhanced sense of privacy.
Location
Aeriko villas occupy a superb sea front position on Agios Ioannis beach. Facing to the North West they receive a refreshing sea breeze from the Ionian. The breeze is captured now by a new generation of windsurfers and kitesurfers and is becoming one of the most popular location in the Ionian Islands for these sports.
The seafront villa Nefeli constitutes an idyllic accommodation for any upcoming vacation on the island of Lefkada. From honeymooners and couples who seek a romantic getaway, to families who value privacy and safety and even sea sport enthusiasts who love practicing windsurfing and kitesurfing in Agios Ioannis Beach. The area has grown in popularity during recent years as its thermal windy nature facilitates these sports, becoming a sports hub of the Ionian region.
