Built on a 3000 m² plot surrounded by manicured gardens, olive trees, citrus grove and an amazing infinity pool, villa Andrea is sure to offer quality time and memories spent with family and friends

Outstanding!
My family and I have just come back from a glorious week staying at Villa Andrea!
As a family we totalled in 7 flying in from 3 different countries. The Villa is absolutely gorgeous and allows everyone to have so much space and freedom without getting on top of each other, as well as amazing group spaces to come together. It really is quite something!
Big shout out to Gerry, Angela and Arthur the Main team who could not have done enough to make us feel more welcome as well as give us the inside loop on ALL things happening in the local area. We also hired our cars through them which was significant cheaper than going with the main rental alternative. We had the BEST time!
We'd also like to mention that on the last night of our stay my Mother required paramedic medical assistance and Gerry and the team could not have been more accommodating during a scary time for us all given the circumstances and were immediately on call to assist us all. Unbelivable! They also followed up in the morning to check we were all ok!
I cannot say enough good things about our time and experience during the stay, suffice to say, we WILL be back for sure!

What a beautiful villa, very well looked after, definitely 5☆, the pool, pool area and gardens are wonderful. Ideal location. Would recommend for a superb holiday. Arthur meets you at the villa
he is very friendly and cannot do enough for you.

About the neighborhood
Coral Bay is the well known beach resort for the Paphos district and private gated steps from the villa lead directly down to the beach.
This family oriented area has become a lively resort with plenty to offer in terms of amenities and activities. A small complex consisting of a supermarket, a small collection of restaurants and a couple of bars is within a few minutes walk of the villa. The center of the resort which features a wide selection of restaurants offering both Cypriot and International Cuisines, cafes, bars, shops, a choice of supermarkets, several banks, a chemist and a laundry within 1km of the villa.
The resort boasts two sandy beaches, the busier of the two being the popular Coral Bay Beach,
Getting around
As a small island, the best way to explore and enjoy sightseeing is to rent a car. If you would like to visit the Paphos town the bus 615 takes you all the way from Coral bay to Paphos, on the way you can stop and see the Tomb of the Kings archaeological site and St. Pilar church, and in the Paphos harbor you can see the mosaics, the lighthouse and the harbor Castle.
