This is a completely private suite situated in a nice quiet neighbourhood in Mindarie. It is a nice light & bright space with garden views out every window. Your own beautiful retreat in Mindarie to enjoy!
The suite has its own entrance and well lit walkway around to the courtyard & main entrance to the property.
Guests have access if they choose to a pool area which is shared by us in the main house. Otherwise you can relax in your own outdoor lounge & dining area.
Your suite has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, coffee machine & microwave. You'll find a few snacks, coffee, tea and cool drinks in the fridge for you to enjoy as well as all the staples for cooking a meal.

This is a non-smoking home. If you do smoke we ask that you do so outside away from the house and that you properly put out and dispose of the cigarette outside. No open flames or candles are allowed on the property.
Please no shoes or pets in the house.
Please respect a courtesy quiet hour at 9pm for our neighbours.
Only guests who are on the original booking are allowed to be in the suite and stay overnight.

About the neighborhood
Mindarie is a beautiful coastal suburb located about 36km from Perth city. It is a perfect spot to come to to relax and get away from it all, while still being close to major hubs such as Joondalup and Hillary's. It is also a great base for exploring further north with day trips to The Pinnacles, Yanchep National Park and Lancelin.
Mindarie has a lovely relaxed vibe, you'll always find people stand up paddle boarding or kayaking along the waterways, or sitting enjoying a coffee of a drink at one of the cafes or bars at the Marina.
The suite is located in the heart of Mindarie. It is within walking distance to all conveniences including local cafes, restaurants, beaches, the Mindarie Marina and Ocean Keys shopping centre.
Getting around
Mindarie is easily accessible from the Mitchell Freeway and once you're in Mindarie all the local attractions are a nice short walk away.
There is a bus stop 230m away which will take you to Ocean Keys Shopping centre and then on to the nearest train station (2km away) at Clarkson station. This train will take you straight to Lakeside Shopping centre and also directly in to the city.

How to get there
From the Mitchell Freeway take the Neerabup Road exit and continue to follow that road straight. Once you go through the roundabout on the intersection of Marmion Ave and Neerabup Road you have entered the Mindarie suburb.
Take the first right on to Rothesay Heights, and then the 2nd right (at the roundabout) on to Cristobal Crescent.
The suite is approximately 120m up on the right. Your parking space is the parking bay on the right hand side when facing the house. Your entrance walkway is just in front of this parking bay - along the right hand side of the property.
