Ubicada en el hermoso Balneario Esmeralda de Playa Colan en Piura, a 40min. de Piura y a 5 min. de la zona comercial del pueblo de Colan.
Excelente lugar para disfrutar de unas vacaciones cerca al mar. Soleado durante los 365 días del año. 35 °C en verano y minimo de 18C en invierno. Inmejorables puestas de sol.
5ta casa de condominio por lo que es mas privado y fresco. De la casa a la piscina hay 50 metros y de la piscina a la playa hay otros 50 metros.
Condominio esta en primera fila, con acceso directo a la playa. Piscina y bbq área disponible.
Casa de dos pisos, agua caliente en todos los baños, TV satelital, camas incluyen sabanas y cubrecamas, (No toallas) Cocina equipada (estufa, refrigerador, microondas, cafe...

Excelente
Excelente casa para pasar unos días de vacaciones en familia. Tuvimos todas las facilidades,los cuartos muy amplios y cómodos. La playa y la piscina a una paso de la casa. Todo A1. Super recomendable.

A great place to stay
This is a hidden gem in Colan
The house and property are very well kept and secure. The sunsets are out of this world. The caretaker is very nice; he met us in town and brought us to the house.
When I’m in Peru again, I will definitely return.
