Casa Benisi is a front line comfortable and spacious apartment on the 5th floor facing directly South over the sea towards Port Adriano and El Toro. The property has been extensively refurbished and is now one of the larger ones in the block. El Toro is about 5 kms east of Santa Ponca on the Old Coast Road. The apartment has a large air conditioned lounge with 2 comfortable sofas opening onto a big balcony with a table and 4 lounger chairs. There are sunawnings and this is the ideal spot to sip those final sun downers, watch the activity in the marina and generally relax and enjoy the view. Does what it says on the tin.
Casa Benisi is a lovely apartment situated right next to the sea. It has a large balcony with chairs, table and a lounger where you can while away the hours watching the early walkers on the beach, paddle boarders and boats coming and going. Absolutely perfect!
The beach is just a lift ride and short walk away with chairs and parasols provided in the apartment. Beautiful sea to swim in.
A great size and fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to self cater if you wish, but there are many restaurants nearby. A Spar is within easy walking distance or a little El Corte Ingles is located in Port Adriano.
The air conditioned lounge invites you to relax on the large sofas with English channels on the TV if required Also, DVDs and books are there for your perusal.
The only downside is that we didn’t book Casa Benisi for longer.

Beautiful apartment, superb view from the balcony!
This was our second year at Casa Benisi, and it was just as wonderful, if not better!
The apartment is superb, you'll want for nothing, and the view from the balcony is something else!!!! After a very busy year we spent most of our holiday relaxing on the south facing balcony, watching the boats come and go, there's always something to see. We also spent two very relaxing days on the lovely little beach nearby, with the aid of a couple of very comfortable beach chairs, and two parasols (courtesy of the apartment...perfect) If you prefer to be a little more adventurous, there are bus stops outside the apartment block, going either way to varying other resorts, for as little as a couple of Euros. There is a Spar, Bakery, Butchers, Newsagents and bars & restaurants just a short walk away. We got to meet Peter, the owner, who was charming, friendly and very helpful. Thanks again for another wonderful stay at Casa Benisi, and although we are unable to visit in 2019, we hope to come back again very soon. X

Perfect apartment with great views close to beach!
Really lovely apartment - Casa Benisi, spacious, stylish, airy, air con in living room, 2 beds, fully kitted kitchen with dining table - and super large balcony with tables & chairs. We had stayed at Peter apartment a couple of times (loved it), in September, but as we were staying in June, and felt that the air con would be useful, stayed at Casa Benisi this time - was very glad as the weather was very hot. This is apartment (as next door), is well looked after, fully kitted out with everything you would need, including a couple of beach brollies & chairs, washing machine, dishwasher, filter coffee machine - huge fridge etc. We even found some glue in the kitchen drawer to mend a broken sandal!. The bathroom is a good size with twin sinks, bidet etc, and there were plenty of CD's to listen to and spare books to read it you felt that just watching the world go by on the balcony wasnt enough - the view is lovely, watching the huge boats go out, and people paddle boarding if fun, and can see & here the shows across the harbour at Port Adriano on an evening as well. If you dont like swimming in the crystal clear sea from the beach a few mins walk away, there is a resteraunt with a large pool at the base of the building instead - though we didnt use the pool, the resteraunt is very popular. There is a large SPAR shop only a few minutes walk away into El Toro - just go out of the building, turn right and right again - and there is the main street with several bars, resteraunts, and a little further a Chemist/Pharmercie in the town centre. There is also a smaller SPAR in Port Adriano itself, where there are further bars + resteraunts. We tended to catch the local bus (no. 104, every half hour) into Santa Ponsa (1.5 euros each way/per person) as there is a much larger choice of eateries if you dont want to cook + watch the view from the balcony. Also loads of bars, shops open in the evening, a doctor etc available there too. The last bus back is 10.55pm, but from the same place you can get a taxi - about 8-9 euros. From the same road, but opposite side you can get the 104 or 105 bus to Magaluf/Palma Nove & Palma for a day out. If organised can also get the 104 to Santa Ponsa then the A11 bus - which will take you direct to Palma airport for about 13 euros each - bargain! We dit this both to & from the apartment and it only took just over and hour, which we thought was excellent. All in all, another happy stay in El Toro - thanks Peter, will see you next year!

The owners of this apartment have kept it in lovely condition. There wasn't one thing missing and it was beautifully clean.
The position is perfect with stunning views!
Really couldn't speak more highly of the place and would definitely use again.
Communication between ourselves and the owner really easy, very professional.

great views, plenty of resturants, views to die for, just wish I could afford one of those super yatchs.
Communication with the owner was top class and everything you could wish for is provided.
Wouldnt hesitate to book and stay here again.

Perfect Escape
This is a great location combining a traditional Spanish village with a modern, luxury marina and all the benefits of both. We love the sandy beach by the apartments. The apartment itself is very well appointed with every home comfort needed. It's best feature is the glorious balcony that enjoys the sun all day and overlooks the busy marina with so much to watch as you sit in the sun. The bed is really comfortable. The lounge is very comfortable with British TV and 2 lovely settees. The kitchen has everything you need to eat in but there are so many local places in the marina and village to eat out. The apartment is on the bus route but also has lots of parking. All in all, a dream place for a dream holiday. We loved it and we'll be back.

We have just returned from 2 weeks at this fabulous apartment and we have to say it was everything it promised and more. When we walked into the apt. the view was breathtaking, the port with all the boats, the lovely sandy beach just a few mins walk and the beautiful bay. There was always something to watch ....paddle boarders, jet skis, little yachts to million pound cruisers. The apartment was spacious well equipped and spotlessly clean, it had the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in and the view when you wake up.. amazing. The marina has some fabulous shops and restaurants although a little pricey, you really can't beat the food at the beach restaurant very friendly staff and good prices the bbq ribs are excellent.There is a small grocery shop El Corte Ingles near the start of the marina selling everything from fresh bread and wine to English papers. There is also a good Spar,fruit shop, bakery and butchers along with restaurants in the little town of El Toro. We had a wonderful relaxing holiday and can't wait to go back.

Beautiful apartment and beautiful location
The apartment was lovely, it was clean, spacious and tastefully furnished and decorated. Beds comfortable and kitchen well stocked. The view from the balcony was amazing, we spent a lot of time there watching the boats going in and out of the marina.
The location was great, close to the village which had "real" shops, a butchers, a bakers and a green grocers, as well as a Spar. There were great restaurants in the village and more in the marina, more expensive there but worth it!
Resorthoppa drops you off right outside the apartment block and you can get buses all over the isalnd. Beach also only five minutes away and chairs and parasol are provided for that. My only complaint is that I would have liked a sun bed.
But on the whole I would thoroughly recommend it and we can't wait to to go back again.

We are always pleased when our guests advise us of any problems that they might have experienced whilst staying at out apartment as it enables us to deal with the issues promptly as in this case. One small point to mention is that if our guests take the lift down to the ground floor which is at sea level then it is a totally flat 5 minute stroll into the port.

About the neighborhood
To go swimming from the lovely safe and sandy beach at El Toro is less than a 3 minute walk away. The marina has undergone an extensive redevelopement program which is almost completed. It is now on par with the very best that the Mediterranean has to offer. There is a newly opened Dive Centre and various Boat Charter Companies all close at hand. In addition there are many superb boutiques and lovely restaurants to try out.<BR><BR>El Toro village is a comfortable 10 minute stroll which has most things you will need from English papers, to a superb local bakery, supermarket and banks.<BR><BR>Most watersports are available on the Santa Ponca and Magaluf beaches. Golf is available at Golf 1 & 2 in Santa Ponca which is about a 5 minute car drive away. There is also Golf Poniente which is in the Magaluf direction about a 10 minute car drive away. And finally there is the beautiful couse at Royal Golf Bendinat which is about a 20 minute car drive away. The very upmarket marina of Porto Portals with its magnificent boats, yachts and very expensive boutiques is about a 15 drive away in the direction of Palma. In the other direction lies Andratx and Port Andratx which is also a very lovely town and harbour area famous for its very expensive homes and abundance of wealthy and famous people. <BR>The very beautiful and rugged West Coast with its numerous pretty villages should not be missed. It can be reached by car in about 30 miutes from the apartment. Finally the central mountainous region of the island again with many pretty villages is about 60 minute drive from the apartment using the new motorway. <BR><BR>

Fly to Palma which is about 35 kms from Port Adriano. Cheap Flights are available from most Regional Airports in the UK and rest of Europe.Local Buses run regularly between the Airport and the village of El Toro. Try the A2B or Resort Hopper Services both will drop you very close to the apartment block.Taxis are always available and the fare should not be more than about 45 Euros from the airport to El Toro
