A very spacious renovated 18th-century Farmhouse. This house comprises of six bedrooms that can all be either super king or Large single beds. (All beds are zip/link divans). Four of the bedrooms are en suite and the other two share a shower room. The house is set in an acre of land and at the moment sheep are grazing in the back garden! This property is absolutely ideal for large families and groups of friends. We clean our house to the highest standards, first we clean then we disinfect using a diluted bleach product. Great family holiday in Percy
We had a great week at the lovely house in Percy. With 9 people - 3 generations from 27 to 81 years old - and our little dog. It's a great and spacious house and a good base to discover the beautiful Normandy. The house is well equipped, the bedrooms are good and the the little town has everything you need - bakeries, supermarket and gas stations. Jackie, the host, is very kind and helpful - Thank you very much!

Exceptional
a complimentary review for my stay at La Maison Du Chene! From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the charm and beauty of the lovely French village where the property is situated. The house itself is absolutely stunning, with exquisite attention to detail evident in every corner. The decor is both stylish and comfortable, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that truly makes you feel at home. The host clearly put major effort into ensuring that our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The house was immaculately clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like the cozy fire and well-equipped outdoor BBQ area. It's clear that the host has thought of everything, from the great rooms to the well-equipped kitchen and everything in between. We felt like we were staying at a five-star hotel, with all the comfort and convenience of a private home. Overall, we had an unforgettable holiday at La Maison Du Chene, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly special vacation experience. The combination of the beautiful setting, stunning property, and top-notch amenities make it a truly exceptional destination. We can't wait to come back and stay again!

Wonderful French Getaway
I had forgotten how spacious and most comfortable this barn conversion was. Returning with family and very active young grandchildren!! The kids had a great time both inside and outside the house running around playing games etc. The double swing was a great addition, as were the small football nets on the well maintained gardens. The property has been seen several upgrades, beds, furniture and has everything that you could possibly need plus more. The TV box which had multiple channels including Children programmes which went down well. We visited several different beaches during our stay most were no more then half an hour's drive away on deserted roads. Visited Bayeux, Mont St Michael and Second World War landing beaches. Lots to see and do if you want to. Great communication from the owners throughout. Will be returning again. Thanks.

Fabulous home in a wonderful environment.
Last week we had a wonderful stay at La Maison du Chêne with our family. The rooms were fantastic with queensize beds and bathrooms connected to the rooms. The living room was cosy and warm and in the garden there was a large table for all of us so we could sit in the sun and have a nice drink. We’ve seen Omaha Beach, Mont St. Michel, Villedieu les Poûles and its market, Bayeux and its cathedral, a Calvados tour at Pierre Huet which was very nice, and of course a good BBQ outside. We would like to thank Jackie for being such a wonderful host in a beautiful French house and its environment. 🙂

Stunning
We have stayed at many similar properties over the years but I have to put this up there as the best. Spotless, comfortable, spacious and extremely well-equipped - everything you could want for a group stay. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Definitely recommend this one!
Had a wonderful 4 nights stay in this gorgeous, sympathetically restored old farmhouse. It was spacious, yet cosy, clean and well maintained. Set in a peaceful, semi rural location within close proximity of the lovely village of Percy, with it’s shops, supermarket and restaurants. Within in around 1 hour’s drive there are many places of interest including the Normandy landing beaches, museums and the Bayeaux Tapestry. The owners (and cleaner!) were very thoughtful and accommodating to our needs. Simple things like supplying kitchen and bathroom necessities, logs for the fire etc, and a comprehensive instruction manual with advice in both English and French. Thank you so much! Looking forward to returning again next year!

Living the dream!
Brought my family to Normandy and could not have picked a better place to stay! Beautiful master bedroom, old world charm, quiet location. Loved every moment here. Highly recommend. Very spacious home with very large dining area. Minutes from Hambye Abbey, minutes from exceptional patisserie/bakeries. Wonderful location for exploring the area.

Just what the doctor ordered
A beautiful rural house set in peaceful countryside with surprisingly lots to do. You can choose to relax around the house and garden which are both very spacious, or get out to see the local attractions (plenty on offer). The facilities in the house are really well thought out for families. The kids really enjoyed the table tennis, basket ball, football, darts, trampoline and it has a great play area for the kids where you can comfortably sit with a glass of wine watching them play. The local supermarket is really well stocked for food and wine! Red wine in particular is very good value for money and the fresh bread and pastries baked daily were our favourites. I would highly recommend this for families that want to spend some quality time together. It was just what the doctor ordered and we will certainly be returning!
