Als die Sonne einst das Wasser gestreichelt hat entstand eine Insel im Mittelmeer - Kreta
Mit ihren Mythen und Legenden gilt sie als eine der Wiegen unserer Zivilisation.
Genau dort hin hat es uns verschlagen als wir auf der Suche nach einem Ort waren weit weg von Tourismus.
Dort angekommen, fand ich von außen, ein eher unscheinbares Haus an einem Berghang.
Schon beim Betreten des Hauses erkennt man welche Kreativität hier im Gange war.
Eine Open Air Dusche lädt an heißen Tagen draußen zu einer Abkühlung ein.
Einmal die Treppe hochgestiegen betritt man eine riesige Terrasse mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf unzählbare Olivenhaine.
Auf der Terrasse kann man herrliche Nachmittage und Abende genießen.
Für alle Koch Enthusiasten gibt es eine große und moderne Küche.
Schlaf- und Badezimmer sind geräumig und liebevoll eingerichtet.
Alles in einem hatten wir dort eine schöne Zeit in der wir uns herrlichen entspannen konnten.
Wir würden jederzeit dort hin zurückkehren.

Peaceful and tranquil
Our stay at Maria's villa was fabulous. The villa had everything we needed plus more. It was well decorated and modern with great facilities and the most comfortable bed and bedding.
We didn't want to leave and 3 days was not enough. We visited the botanical gardens, elafonisi beach and daliana gorge whilst staying.

Make yourself at home
Thanks to Maria we spend two fabulous weeks in Crete...and we are sure about booking again! Everything was well organized and Maria couldn't have taken more care of us!
The house itself is very comfortable and nicely decorated. You can enjoy barbeque as well as resting on the terrace. The next bigger city is 10 minutes away by car. The vast majority of the scenery is covered by a bunch of olive trees divided by small streets and easy to explore walks. Beside that the hospitality of the locals and countless little restaurants (10-15 minutes away) offering price competitive local food have been stunning! - we liked soooo much!

Kreta für Individualisten
Das liebevoll renovierte Haus liegt mitten in Olivenheine gebettet ca. 15 Autominuten entfernt zur nächsten größeren Stadt. Es ist ein idealer Ort zum Entspannen, weit ab von Touristenhochburgen und schöner Ausgangspunkt für eine Fahrt ins bergige Landesinnere oder an die schönen Strände von Elafonisi. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub, ich werde auf alle Fälle wiederkommen. Maria ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin mit vielen tollen Tipps! Vielen Dank nochmal Maria!

Eine super schöne Wohnung in einem herrlichen kleinem Dorf
Ein fantastischer Ort. Die Ferienwohnung war so perfekt, dass wir nicht mehr weg wollten. Der kleine Ort Astrikas kann man jedem empfehlen, der eine Auszeit von allem benötigt. Viel Natur rechts und links.
Die Ferienwohnung selbst ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Und ist noch viel schöner, als man auf den Bilder sieht.
Wir freuen uns jetzt schon, wieder einen Urlaub dort zu verbringen.

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub.
Das sehr schöne moderne Haus hält mehr als es verspricht.
Sehr guter Standard vor allem die Terrasse - das Herzstück des Hauses - und der Ausblick sind einen Aufenthalt wert.
Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Maria hat zu jeder Zeit geklappt, obwohl sie nicht vor Ort war und uns fehlte es an nichts. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Aussendusche, die wir mehrmals täglich genutzt haben. Ein Traum !!!
Ich war mit meiner Freundin hier und der Ort ist für Pärchen, die "Fünfe grade sein lässt" genau das Richtige.

Traumhafter Aufenthalt
Wunderschönes Haus, liebevoll renoviert und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders toll hat uns der traumhafte Blick und die herrliche Ruhe gefallen.
Die Vermieterin Maria hatte eine Menge tolle Tipps für uns und wir fühlten uns sehr gut betreut.
Wir werden auf jeden fall wiederkommen!!
