Villa Sunyata features eight en-suite bedrooms, all lavishly furnished and equipped with air-condition, ceiling fans, quality mattresses and linens, closets, safes, TVs and hair-dryers. Four of the bedrooms have a seaside balcony offering a breathtaking ocean view. All but two bedrooms (which are furnished with twin beds) have king-size beds or super king-size beds. Two bedrooms have sufficient space to fit a baby cot.

Villa Sunyata is designed to be a home away from home and that extends down to the food system. The villa features a kitchen with a skilled cooking team and a dining table comfortably seating 18 people. The cook would be happy to make recommendations and help you navigate the Thai dishes available in the villa menu.
Groceries and beverages are charged at market price plus 20% handling fee. Guests are encouraged to order their meals in a family style method. The cook buys fresh products from the market every day, so it is best to anticipate the requests one day in advance. The cooking will also try accommodate any special requests or dietary needs.
The villa has also partnered with neighboring restaurants in Kata which can cater Western food on order. For special occasions or special meals, the villa's team will recommend some catering companies.

Villa Sunyata boasts a dedicated team of staff who are on hand to provide the highest degree of customer service. All staff members are devoted to facilitating intimate service and to ensure every stay at Villa Sunyata is most memorable and enjoyable.
Our Villa Manager speaks English, she will be catering to every of your request and need. She is in charge of supervising the team of staff at the villa. The Cook will help you navigate the the in-villa Thai suggestion menu. Villa Sunyata comes complete will full housekeeping service. The housekeepers are in charge of maintaining the 5-star standard of cleanliness at the villa.
Villa Sunyata is part of a small compound of 6 individual villas with 24 hour security guards.

Younger members of the family will enjoy spending time at Villa Sunyata which features many amenities to keep them entertained. The villa staff can arrange after-hours babysitting services at small extra cost so that parents can enjoy an evening out.

Sunyata Villa is just 5 minutes’ walk to two of Phuket's finest sandy beaches, Kata beach and Kata Noi beach. Many water activities are available there. Kata Noi beach is wilder and less developed and will appeal to holidaymakers looking to relax and just lie on the beach.
The prime location of Villa Sunyata is also the ideal starting point to explore the stunning scenery that Phuket has to offer.

Breathtaking view with the best hospitality!
My family and I spent our annual family trip in Villa Sunyata, Phuket. We had 13 adults and 3 kids in total, the Villa’s 8 rooms were just nice to accommodate all of us. The beds + linens were very comfortable and the rooms were squeaky clean too! Each room comes with en-suite bathroom, strong aircond and a smart tv. There is a foosball table and pool table in the loft area too, which was fun for the youngsters. We thorougly enjoyed the yummy western mix Thai breakfast spread, Thai cuisine dinner, and seafood BBQ dinner prepared by the chef and staffs in Villa. As we indulge in our meals, we were accompanied by the breathtaking view, overlooking the infinity pool, deep blue sea and beautiful sky. Most importantly Parn and all the staffs were very helpful, welcoming, caring and lovely, especially towards our little children. Our kids love them! Parn speaks really good English too, she goes the extra miles to ensure we have the best time in Phuket. Two mini vans were arranged to send us around too. Strongly recommend for you to experience the amazing hospitality with them. Thank you once again for the memorable stay!

Amazing stay
The villa is very relaxing, our families had fun. We were well taken care by the staff here. We went for groceries nearby to add on more ingredients, Breakfast were cooked by the staff. The view of the villa is amazing. Room are clean, the bedding is comfortable.

A great holiday for our families!
We would like to thank Parn and her wonderful staff for looking after our 3 families. We stayed for 12 days and every day was really enjoyable. The staff are very attentive and everything seems to happen seamlessly.
The location is stunning and the infinite pool was used by everyone every day.
The food was really amazing and nothing was too much trouble.
I’ll need to go on a diet when I get back home!

Unforgettable villa experience
Good service, clean place, attentive, delicious food......which make all of us had the great time and unforgettable experience. To be worth mentioning the housekeeper Parn who is reliable and smart person that even BBQ , Thai style dinner , birthday surprise party, booking the car, tourist spots suggestions...... she are able to provide the good arrangement. Anyway, this time is one of my best trip.

Friendly and helpful hospitality
The best ever villa experience because of a team of friendly helpers led by P. Parn! Nice pool that we enjoyed at least twice a day with friends. Highly recommend for big group who like swimming and dining home. High quality Thai food for breakfast and dinner 👍

The environment is quiet and beautiful
room and place are very tidy, the staff are very enthusiastic, efficient and polite, the dishes cooked by the chef here are very delicious, we ordered seafood BBQ, Thai breakfast, mango sticky rice, it was really a great meal experience,

So special - One for the memory bank!
Wow! What a place. Parn and her team were just wonderful. They went above and beyond to make sure that we had a great time at the villa, and were especially great with the kids. The outings they recommended were great, and the organisation was excellent. No mean fit with a multigenerational large group! The food was excellent, again the team went all out to make sure that all palettes and allergies were well catered for, so everyone had fabulos meals (not being treated like an afterthought as can often happen). Our whole group had such a fantastic time and came away buzzing - which is not common when you have a group of 15+ of all ages.
Thanks to the team for making it such a special trip and one we will all remember for a long time!

Amazing experience at Villa Sunyata
The villa is absolutely amazing but it is the staff that make the experience really special! The villa manager Parn went above and beyond to cater to our every need. The food was amazing and the villa always clean. What an amazing experience!

The best family getaway ever
Have just spent 9 lovely days in Villa Sunyata. A wonderful stay above all expectations. The villa has an excellent view and the greatest staff you can dream off. Excellent food and making of drinks and cocktails. What ever you need and ask for, Parn the villa manager will make it possible.

The pleasant bay of Kata, just a few minutes south of Karon Beach, entices and charms many visitors with its white sands and clear waters. Very popular with families, Kata is an all round favourite due to its spectacular palm-lined beach, great restaurants, lively but not raucous nightlife and varied accommodation options - all close to the beach. From May to October surfers flock to catch Kata's waves and from November to April the beach is alive with sunseekers.
Kata is split into two focal areas: Kata Centre, which is at the northern end close to Karon and Kata South, home to several resorts. Visitors will find an abundance of shops to browse in, from souvenir and ready-to-wear outlets, to 7-Elevens and local mini-marts, to name-brand fashion stores.
