The standard price is for up to 10 guests.
Additional guests are charged an additional fee.
Reservations require an upfront payment of 30% of the rental fee.
The balance payment is due 3 months before check-in (you will be notified by e-mail).
Direct payments have no transaction, conversion, or booking fees.
PayPal payments have a 7% transaction and conversion fee,
TripAdvisor payments have a 10% conversion and booking fee.
Villa Alzambra accommodates up to 12 people in 10 single beds and 1 double bed.
Additional beds or cots are available upon request provided they are requested in advance.
Only the quoted number of guests are allowed to sleep at the villa.
Check-in is after 3 PM.
Early check-in is available provided we are sorting your airport transfers and there are no guests out the same day.
Otherwise, it's 50% of the daily fee.
Checkout is before 12 PM.
Late checkout is available provided we are sorting your airport transfers and there are no guests checking-in the same day.

INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE
Villa Alzambra is a self-catered villa.
Some cleaning products, toilet paper, and amenities are provided for the first night. Depending on your use of the villa and the number of guests you might have to buy some more.
The garden is serviced once 1 week and just before you enter the villa.
There is a leave picker stick, it is checked before every check-in. Should you break it, it will be deducted from the security deposit. You are strongly advised to remove suncream before you get into the pool, the villa has a long hose you can use for that. If you don't the water might become blurry and the filter will take longer to clean the water.
Every guest will be provided with a clean set of linen, bathroom, and pool towels.
1 garage remote is available for guests with cars upon request.
Water, gas, electricity, and Internet services are included in the rental price.
The villa has a 500 Megabyte fiber optics Internet connection.
The checkout cleaning includes the cleaning of the villa, linen, and towels.
NOT INCLUDED IN RENTAL FEES
Guests' garbage is not included in the checkout cleaning fee. You are kindly requested to take care of your own garbage. You can leave it outside of the villa every day before 10 am so it gets picked up by the community service. Please note that any costs related to guest garbage will be charged to us by the cleaning service and therefore deducted from the security deposit. The same goes for cigarettes in the terrace and garden.
Also note that heavy stains in covers, cushions, furniture, appliances... Are charged extra by our cleaning service and therefore deducted from the security deposit.

Airport transfer is available cheaper than regular taxis, please ask for a quote.
Housekeeping is available upon request for 10€ per hour, minimum of 2 hours per day.
Linen & towels change is available for 10€ per guest.
We can take up to 1 week to check the villa for loss & damages.
You are requested to warn us of any villa issue within the first 24 hours of your stay.
Smoking inside the villa voids the security deposit.
1. Only the quoted number of guests are allowed to sleep at the property
2. Observe check-in (After 3 PM) and check out times (before 12 PM)
3. This is a strictly NO SMOKING villa, please smoke outside and use provided ashtrays
4. Take care of the property as if it was your own
5. Inform immediately if something breaks or stops working
6. Close all doors, windows and set the alarm every time you leave
7. Shut down all lights, TV, AC, and kitchen appliances every time you leave
8. Put your daily garbage outside the villa so it is collected before 10 am
9. Do not bother neighbors, especially at night.
Non-compliance with any of these rules will result in a penalty varying from a deduction of the refundable amount up to the cancellation of the full deposit refund.
