ALZAMBRA/VASARI COMPLEX
La Alzambra is a luxury and secure complex located only 5 minutes walk to the Puerto Banus area (600 meters).
I strongly recommend you verify the Google Map to Puerto Banus's directions of any property advertised as "Within walking distance to Puerto Banus". Most of them are several kilometers away and a car is absolutely necessary for everything. Not in Villa Alzambra-Vasari complex, where you can walk for groceries, restaurants, the beach, and many more amenities.
There is an ICELAND supermarket 100 meters away, just at the entrance of the complex.
This is very handy since you don't want to hire a Taxi to go shopping for groceries.
Just in front of ICELAND, there is also an OPENCOR minimarket opened 24/7/365.
PUERTO BANUS
Puerto Banus area is 600 meters away, where you will find lots of restaurants, the big shopping center EL CORTE INGLES, two nice and quiet beaches with Chiringuitos to eat in the white sand and, of course, the very well know harbor Puerto Banus with mostly all Top Designer name shops and million.

First Floor:
The first floor has its own AC/Heating system for the 3 bedrooms upstairs.
- 1 master bedroom with king-size bed, 50" TV, wardrobe with wall SAFE, 1 ensuite double bathroom with separated bath and shower, and access to an open terrace with partial sea views.
- A second double bedroom with 2 single beds, 40" TV, ensuite double bathroom, and direct access to an open terrace with partial sea views.
- A third double bedroom with 2 single beds, an ensuite single bathroom, and views of both the garden and the mountains (from the bathroom)
Ground floor:
The ground floor has its own AC/Heating system.

everything was perfect for a bachelorette party with 13 boys
we were 13 boys between the ages of 27 and 45 who wants but absolutely enough perfectly tailored for us we were a bachelor party and were there for 4 days or everything worked out perfectly. You can also book the shuttle service or a BBQ evening or a boat trip, always with Nacho, who is reliable and trustworthy. and makes perfect sense to use this villa. Siest only about 9 minutes walk from Porto Banus.

Amazing stay for hen do
We were a large group of girls on a hen do and had a fabulous time! The villa was well equipped, the pool area was lovely and the location was great. Would definitely recommend and come again!

Perfect villa for hen weekend - perfect host!
Stayed here with a group of 18 for my sisters hen weekend and had the BEST time!! Nacho was the perfect host, responding quickly and resolving any tiny issues that may have arose and answering any questions I had. He arranged airport transfers and sent several confirmations before our date with flight times etc to ensure everything ran smoothly. The villa is in a great location, 5 minute Uber ride from the harbour, bars and restaurants. Supermarkets at the end of the street. (Buy extra toilet paper!) The villa was beautiful, clean, tidy, and a great size for a large group like us. Lovely big table outside which was perfect for a bridal brunch we hosted. Pool area is beautiful. Wish I had more photos! We would DEFINITELY book again with Nacho if we return to Marbella. Thank you for a wonderful stay. 5 stars!! X

40th birthday girls holiday!

10/10 Holiday. 10/10 Villa. 10/10 Host!
We came to Marbella/Puerto Banus for 4 days for my sisters Hen Do. There were 15 of us and I can honestly say, it was the best holiday we’ve been on. Nacho was a 10/10 host. Was so so quick with his responses. Was so accommodating to us. Any issues, he’d sort them out as quick as possible. Transfers were sorted for us, everything was checked before we flew out to make sure details were correct. Villa was absolutely beautiful. Lots of space, lots of rooms for more people. Again, a huge Thank you Nacho! We WILL be booking with you again. Amazing holiday, amazing host, amazing villa!

Amazing location, awesome villa & host
Brilliant Villa in an ideal location only 5 minutes walk from the beach and Banus port.
It has a great garden/pool and huge BBQ area. The Villa can to comfortably sleep 20 adults and has 8 showers which was very convenient.
The host - Nacho is awesome, incredibly helpful with arranging transfers and last min taxis.
Will definitely be back - would thoroughly recommend to big groups.,

Beautiful Villa perfect for a Hen
Nacho has been super helpful from before we booked the villa providing as much information as possible and assisting with booking airport transfers, a BBQ, DJ and a cocktail masterclass all which was hosted at the villa.
We had a group of 18 so fitted in the villa perfectly. One of the bedrooms in the basement is an open space without a bathroom however it was perfectly fine, the rest of the rooms had a nice amount of space with great lighting and wardrobe space. The ground and pool was stunning.

Hen Party
We were a group of 21 and had a fantastic time, the house was beautiful, although if you are a big group the rooms downstairs have limited light and are not as nice as the groundfloor and upstairs. That said, everyone loved the Villa, we spend most of our time on the porch area and by the pool when then weather allowed it! Location was perfect, 10 minute walk to the beach and two supermarkets minutes down the road. Host was great and very attentive, I would definitely recommend! We will be coming back!

Hen Do 2023
Had the most amazing time. Villa is beautiful. Nacho was so helpful, he organised us to be picked up from the airport and dropped back. We paid for heated pool but was not working so he refunded us the money. There was N issue with one of the beds and he got someone out to fix it straight away. Would definitely stay again.

Fabulous villa, great location
Second year staying here, the villa is great and amazing pool area. Brilliant location. Nacho was on hand for any questions we had. Would definitely recommend.

La Alzambra is a luxurious and secure complex located only 5 minutes walk to Puerto Banus area (600 meters). This is literally the closest villa to Puerto Banus, please ask for google directions to double check. I strongly recommend you to verify the Google Map to Puerto Banus directions of any property advertised as 'within walking distance to Puerto Banus. Most of them are several kilometers away and renting a car is absolutely necessary. Not for Villa Alzambra, where you can walk for groceries, restaurants, beach and amenities.
There is an ICELAND supermarket 100 meters away, just at the entrance of the complex, and also a SUPERCOR open 365 days a year.

INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE
Villa Alzambra is a self-catered villa.
Some cleaning products, toilet paper, and amenities are provided for the first night. Depending on your use of the villa and the number of guests you might have to buy some more.
The garden is serviced once 1 week and just before you enter the villa.
There is a leave picker stick, it is checked before every check-in. Should you break it, it will be deducted from the security deposit. You are strongly advised to remove suncream before you get into the pool, the villa has a long hose you can use for that. If you don't the water might become blurry and the filter will take longer to clean the water.
Every guest will be provided with a clean set of linen, bathroom, and pool towels.
1 garage remote is available for guests with cars upon request.
Water, gas, electricity, and Internet services are included in the rental price.
The villa has a 500 Megabyte fiber optics Internet connection.
The checkout cleaning includes the cleaning of the villa, linen, and towels.
NOT INCLUDED IN RENTAL FEES
Guests' garbage is not included in the checkout cleaning fee. You are kindly requested to take care of your own garbage. You can leave it outside of the villa every day before 10 am so it gets picked up by the community service. Please note that any costs related to guest garbage will be charged to us by the cleaning service and therefore deducted from the security deposit. The same goes for cigarettes in the terrace and garden.
Also note that heavy stains in covers, cushions, furniture, appliances... Are charged extra by our cleaning service and therefore deducted from the security deposit.
