    Our caretaker Bruce Lennie lives nearby , and is on call if you need anything during your stay . Bruce will met you at your time of arrival and hand over the keys and show you where everything is in the house and make recommendations for any activities you may be interested in . The house is close by to Falduff / Old Head beach for an early morning strole run or swim , and close to the Reek - Croagh Patrick , for a challenging hike . Th beautiful village of Loiusburgh is a short distance away for groceries, butcher , surfboards ,wetsuits and pints .

    Dreadful

    The whole house needs a thorough deep clean. The sheets are unironed. The shower is a health risk. I would never consider staying at this property again. Be warned. I thought we were getting something special looking at the photos, which must have been taken...More

    Wonderful cottages - we return every year

    The setting is unique , beside Clew Bay with its sandy beaches and mountains for walks and treks through Unspoilt countryside of bogs , woodlands and lakes .Also famous for surfing the world famous Fegral Smyth grew up surfing in this area. Horse riding is also an option here , with many stables nearby, or canoeing/kayaking is also an option . also Sea Thrift is great to use as a base to visit Connemara and Achill Island all within close reach .
