A private house for 8 person with outdoor private pool,outdoor whirpool for 6 persons and beautiful panorama view on Adriatic Sea and islands.
House is 145 m2 with 700 m2 of garden.
Private pool is 34m2 with heating ,great for swimming between 15.04 and 15.10.
A place is 7km far from Split,and 3km far from beach on Adriatic sea.
In garden is covered fireplace with big table for 14 person,a toboggan ,swing and trampolline for children.
We have little bed for baby.
In offer is a garage for secure parking.
We have 4 new ATV quad in offer for rent with guide.

Excellent Holiday
Ante was a wonderful host, always available to answer questions or advise on the local area. Messaged during the stay to make sure everything was OK.
Superb facilities. The Villa was beautifully clean with full amenities. We couldn't of wished for anymore.
We had a excellent holiday with our family and wouldn't hesitate to recommend or book again.
The tortoises were a BIG hit with the kids

Gepflegte Ferienwohnung mit tollem Blick
Wir waren zu viert für 7 Tage in der Villa Roko. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Ante und seiner Frau empfangen. Das Haus und Grundstück sind sehr gepflegt und in einem einwandfreien Zustand. Der Swimmingpool und Jakuzzi haben den Aufenthalt perfekt abgerundet. Fußläufig befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt für den täglichen Bedarf. Der Bus nach Split (ca. 20 min.) befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Wer Lust auf einen kleinen Ausflug hat, dem kann ich eine Quadtour empfehlen, die der Gastgeber Ante selbst anbietet. Der Ausflug ins Hinterland lohnt sich!
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

It was really relaxing holiday in villa roko. Friendly host Ante gave good tips for holiday and made really good barbecue evening. I highly recommenned villa Roko.thanks

Beautiful Villa To Away From It All
Spent a week with the extended family at this large modern villa. We were met by the owner Ante and his family at the airport who took us direct to the villa in the quiet village of Kucine. All the facilities were exceptional. The pool, the hot tub and the open fire giving amazing views along the coastline set it all off. Nowhere better to watch the sunset in the evening. Everything you need is here. Even free WiFi and Netflix to keep the kids happy. Ante was very helpful taking us to the local butchers and supermarket and even cooked us a beautiful lunch. This is a must stay villa in a friendly town overlooking the Adriatic coast. I highly recommend this villa and the outstanding hospitality of Ante, Ivana and their family.

Best Villa we’ve ever stayed at
From booking to arrival the communication was great. Ante answered all my questions quickly. When we arrived we were given a tour of the large villa and told where everything was and how things work. They were greeted with our family just constantly repeating “ wow “. The pool is great. The BBQ area is great. The hot tub is great. The villa is plenty large enough for 6-8 people. Everything you need is here. A play area for younger children also. Ante was very helpful, he booked our white water rafting trip, gave us a lift to the butchers and even cooked us dinner on one night which was delicious. You will not regret booking this villa, I highly recommend and hope to come back one day. Thanks to Ante and his family for their hospitality.

Everything you could ask for
We had an amazing nine days staying in this villa. It really offers everything you could ask for: a beautifull panoramic view, whirlpool, swimmingpool and a lot of outdoor and indoorspace. On top of that, the owners of the villa are so hospitable and will do everything to make sure you have the best time in Split. Thank you very much Ante and Ivana for letting us enjoy this lovely house and the wonders Split has to offer!

Wir waren durchweg zufrieden. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich, das Haus war sauber und sehr gut gelegen.

Great house, great hosts!
A wonderful house with everything you need for a great, relaxing vacation. The kids spent hours in the pool, and the adults as well, and in the whirlpool. The weather early in May was just perfect, much better than we expected, coming from Norway.
The hosts, Ivana and Ante, are very helpful and nice! We got many great tips from them, a lift to their preferred butcher, help with ordering pizza etc. Our vacation was better because of them.
There is a small supermarket about 200 meters up the road, with a pub next door. The pub serves food if you order a day in advance, and Ante and Ivana also serves food if you want. We had a great dinner with them!
We used the outdoor fireplace and seating area every day. The house is comfortable and big, and was clean and well kept. We rented cars, but the bus passes right by, so you can get around without a car.
We have stayed in many vacation homes, and this is definitely among the very best!

Property and the location is amazing
The property is beautiful, well maintained, exactly as described and depicted in the photos. Apartment, exceptionally clean, wonderful view, peaceful and quiet location. Just what we needed. The heated pool was great to swim in at all times of the day, and cleaned by the owners throughout our stay. The whirlpool was also a lovely way to end the evenings.
The owners live in the house next door and were very welcoming, very friendly and respectful, offering advice and assistance with settling into the location and places to visit. The owners cooked us a delicious meal one evening which we very much appreciated. We would definitely recommend this property and return ourselves.

superbe villa
je recommande vivement cette villa.. elle est tres belle, luxueuse, confortable .. parfaite pour les familles ( piscine chaude magnifique jaccuzzy, jeux pour les enfants ) .
elle n est pas très éloignée de split et à proximité des belles plages.
les propriétaires sont tres tres gentils ..accueillants et aux petits soins ( nous avons eu un succulent dîner )
je recommande vivement et les remercie infiniment pour cette belle rencontre
