(We try to make you feel at home, here is your house, please wash the dishes after using crockery and kitchen utensils) ▲ Strong noise and scandals are prohibited in the public area as a gesture of respect towards others guests. ▲ Each guest is solely responsible for their own safety when accessing the lagoon and any water activity (kayak and paddle). Sunrise Villa will not be responsible for accidents to any guest. (Safety equipment such as lifejackets will be provided to each guest) ▲ Kayak, Paddleboard or Bicycle rental, please bring your identification and deposit, check with the host. ▲ We do not clean daily in the rooms during the stay, in case you need to notify the staff in advance. Monthly rental and private event (wedding, birthday party, etc.) (advance booking) REGULATIONS PETS 1. Please keep the public area clean at all times. 2. Taking into account the experience of other guests, please keep your pets in public areas. Pets will remain outside the kitchen during breakfast. 3. You will be responsible for any damage caused by the pet. 4. Bacalar Sunrise Villa will not be responsible for the safety of any guest pet. 5. We need your help to keep the mattress clean. The pet can stay on the ground instead of sleeping on the bed, chair or sofa. 6. The towels provided are only for the client's use, avoid using them in their pets. 7. $ 300.00 pesos will be charged for each pet.
