We purchased this property because it is the exact place we love to stay on St. Thomas. The balcony sells the place! From the balcony, you can see the surrounding USVI and BVI. We have made this place as comfortable as our home and hope you will make yourself at home after a day at the beach!
The unit is a studio with both a king bed and a futon. It offers a full kitchen and full bath....very much your own apartment on the island. The complex is gated with 24-hour security and offers two swimming pools, a restaurant on-site, and parking is available for free. You are steps from Sapphire Beach....what more could you ask for?
This unit is accessed via a set of stairs down from the parking lot. For that reason, I would recommend that you are comfortable with climbing/descending a set...

Quiet time in the complex is from 10pm-8am. Please respect the neighbors. Additionally, it is against the rules of the association to hang towels on the balcony. For this reason, a drying rack is provided in the unit.

Comfy with a beautiful view
This is a compact unit with everything you need when you’re not on the beach or in the pool. Mary the owner and Bernadette the manager are wonderful and a text away if you have a question or need something. Only thing I would have liked is a larger coffee maker.

About the neighborhood
This condominium community is part of several other communities on Sapphire Beach on the East End of St. Thomas, just 1/2 mile from Red Hook.
Getting around
While a car is not completely necessary, I highly recommend renting a car for at least a portion of your stay to see all of the beauty the island has to offer. Our particular community has a full restaurant, coffee shop, yogurt shop, beach bar, two pools, and the beach all accessible on foot very comfortably.
