With many of the original features in tact, this elegant Camps Bay home has been given a modern face lift and is elegantly furnished. There are wonderful sea views from the main living & dining area, as well as 3 of 4 the upstairs bedrooms. The living & dining areas and open plan kitchen are on the middle level of the house, which is also the entrance level. The living area leads onto a balcony with sea views, and the dining room leads onto a back courtyard with barbeque and outside seating - great for entertaining! The 5th en-suite bedroom is also on this level and leads onto the courtyard. The top floor has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have lovely sea views. The lower level is the garage and pool area.
