There is over 120 km of varied skiing to suit all abilities with breathtaking scenery. In the Summer/Autumn season the area is a walker/biker/hiker's paradise. The apartment has three good size bedrooms. The first has a large, typically Austrian-style, double bed, consisting of two single mattresses, plenty of storage & a spectacular view. The second has a double bed and the third contains two single beds. All rooms are spacious with ample storage space. The open plan living area encompasses a high spec kitchen (newly fitted in 2012). The dining area (seats 6 people) and comfortable lounge with doors out onto the balcony make the most of the wonderful views. The modern facilities like wide screen smart TV and WIFI add to the new modern feel of the accommodation. The bathroom has a bath with powerful shower over & there is a separate separate WC & large wash basin. Ski storage and a separate boot drying room are situated in the basement along with table tennis for guest use. There is also access to a sauna in an adjacent building available for a small fee (2 mins walk from the apartment). The village has plenty of superb restaurants and bars & prices both on the mountain & in the village are very reasonable. There is an ATM at the bank directly opposite the apartment. Local Hotels offer full spa & treatment facilities to non-residents should you wish to pamper yourself and all the main supermarkets & shops can be found in nearby Maria Alm (6 kilometres) or Saalfelden (9 kilometres).More
