Check-in/out are flexible. If there is changeover on same day, standard check-in/out time will be 4pm, 12noon. ELECTRICITY Electricity exceeded RM250 for a full month rental, the excess will be on tenant cost (deduct from security deposit). Note : For normal usage with air-conditional on (reasonable usage - turn off if vacant, not ON 7x24), it will be around RM150 the most. HOUSE KEEPING Housekeeping & linen changing is complimentary once a month for more than a month rental. Additional cleaning & changing of linen can be arranged with additional cost. Towels are not provided for less than 4 nights tenancy. STAYING/VISITING GUEST Kindly inform us upfront (latest during check in) total number of guest staying/visiting. For tenant staying less than 4 nights, we will have surcharge for additional headcount. Total staying/visiting guest should not exceed maximum occupancy. Do understand that visiting guests will also enjoy the apartment, utilities and facilities. We keep every tenant informed about this upfront to avoid any unnecessary inconvenience caused. Thank you for your understanding. CHECK OUT 1. Return keys, keycard or remote control for security barrier, resident pass back to safe box. 2. Dry wet towels on drying rack (if any). 3.
