It is set at the end of a private drive, within nine acres of grounds and woodlands, adjoining open fields, and overlooking the picturesque vista of Bideford Bay. We stayed as a family of 5. Our children are 7 year old twins and a 2 year old. The barn was ample in size and the beds very comfortable. There was also a hair dryer, washing machine and tumble dryer which was excellent. The shower broke whilst we were there and the owner replaced it the very next day....

Thank you for your feedback related to your recent stay. We do not advertise central heating or an open log fire. We have electric radiators in the rooms as all the electricity for the Barn is generated from solar panels. Solar power helps to slow/stop global warming and is considered environmentally friendly because the sun is a natural energy source...

The owners have made this a beautiful, welcoming, peaceful place to come on holiday. The views are spectacular and the hospitality was wonderful! We really enjoyed our stay, especially meeting the pygmy goats and the owl, and the trampoline! We rented both the barn and the flat; there was plenty of room/kitchen space/showers for everyone, and extra heaters in each...
