Built on a quiet picturesque street of the village and just 150 meters from the main square, the “Villa Rouga” is an authentic Cretan tranditional stone build villa of Andrian - Villas, which consists of an 80sqm main building with stone arches and authentic wooden ceilings. A real place with a heart
This perfectly serene village house with the big, giving tree in its small courtyard and a comfortable pool set in a small tomato and cucumber garden is simply perfect for families or people just looking for peace of mind. The house is old and full of history, and recently beautifully restored by the welcoming family who met us on arrival with pastries and raki from the old distillery in the courtyard. Has its own stone oven for foodies, too! The tiny Kalamitsi village is full of friendly folk, close to charming beaches and towns.

beautiful traditional villa in quiet hill top location
Cafe Rouga is a lovely villa with lots of traditional touches. It is set in a quiet hill top village. The outside space consists of a nice pool, patio and wild garden. Well located for Chania and north coast beaches. Stand out coast though is frangokastello and efanolisi on the other side of the mountains. Car a necessity. Owners v nice and helpful

Traditional Stunning Villa
It was so beautiful! Precious mountains and olive fields around with a wonderful view and silence to come down from everyday life! Total relaxing atmosphere in the arms of nature, but at the same time luxury feeling in the traditional and very comfortable villa. Very cozy private house with clean rooms, fully equipped, great size of the pool, with big attitude to details and lovely decor. The owners were very welcoming ,there were really interested to make the stay as comfortable as possible for us. And they made it! Everything just perfect! We will definitely come back here again!
