Villa Elias is a beautiful family house built on top of Laftira cape in the wider area of Stegna, only minutes away from Stegna Beach, one of the most stunning beaches on the island offering sunbeds, umbrellas, several good restaurants and beach cafes. The sun, the sea and absolute tranquility are the key elements of the accommodation.
Our Villa can accommodate 2 to 6 Guests (children are welcome) and is ideal for friends or families wishing to combine relaxation and amusement, while enjoying breath-taking views. Toll, vielen Dank
Wir haben das Haus eigentlich nur gebucht um die Anreise zu unserem eigentlichen Ziel (Lipsi) etwas zu entzerren. Trotzdem haben wir ein paar Zeilen zur Bewertung in Netz gestellt um u.a. den Touristen, die Rhodos als ihr Hauptreiseziel ausgewählt haben, einige Informationen über diese Unterkunft geben zu können. Vorweggesagt, wir waren wirklich positiv überrascht. Das Haus und die Gartenanlage befinden sich in einem hervorragenden Pflegezustand. Bei der Übergabe, die völlig unkompliziert verlief, war alles blitzsauber. Selbst einige Erfrischungen, falls man es versäumt haben sollte vom (Flug) Hafen zur Unterkunft an einem Supermarkt vorbeizufahren, waren vorbereitet. Die Ausstattung des Objektes ist mindestens überdurchschnittlich und hochwertig. Es scheint so als ob jede sinnvolle Anregung von Kunden umgesetzt wurde. Es fällt ein wenig schwer, das treffend zu beschreiben, aber bei uns war das in etwas so wie: „Ob es hier wohl ein….. gibt?“ Tatsächlich, vorhanden! Das gesamte Haus wirkt einfach fertig und komplett. Keine fehlenden Lampenschirme oder das ein oder andere was noch angeschlossen werden müsste. Vergleichbar in etwa mit den Ansprüchen, die man vielleicht zu Hause anlegen würde. Was die Sauberkeit angeht, kann man es nur mit tadellos beschreiben. Auch kritischste Gäste dürften nichts zu beanstanden haben. Insofern ein (Miet)Fahrzeug vorhanden ist, ist der Standort für Erkundigungen der Insel ziemlich ideal. Wir konnten in den zwei Tagen alles erreichen, was wir sehen wollten. Auch für Selbstversorger ist das Haus u.E. perfekt geeignet. In der Küche sollte alles Erdenkliche zu zubereiten sein. Gleichzeitig gibt es noch einen Grill, dessen Größe mindestens der Bettenanzahl entspricht. Für Fans von Long Jobs oder Hobbybäckern ist ein traditioneller Außenbackofen vorhanden. Selbst das notwendige Feuerholz war in ausreichender Menge vorbereitet. Fast beiläufig wurde auch in besonderer Weise an unsere Kinder gedacht. Alles in allem sind wir der Meinung, daß das Gebotene schwer zu übertreffen ist, außer vielleicht durch die Herzlichkeit der Gastgeber, die wir in dieser Form auf einer „touristenverwöhnten“ Insel eher nicht erwartet hätten. Daher möchten wir diese Bewertung auch als Dank an die Gastgeber abgeben.

Amaing Area
The View is Excellent with a warm welcome.
Kind of Happines to see you when you arrived the big house 2 floors with a stunning l View and a littel garden with a shower. Tv in every room. Air conditioning.
It's clean and new. A taverna is nearby and a little beach without sand but stones with ombrellas and sunbed. But the nightmare is the music from 10:oo am to the end. Very expensive prices 10 euros a fruits salad and 6 euros a mojito. In fact ice with drps of mojio. The owner of the beach Vassili if completly crazy with bad manners. If you want to rest and read a good book go to Stegna beach 5 minutes drive. We recommand ellias villa.
