Our lovely town house villa is a wonderful choice for a quiet and relaxing family holiday but with plenty in the surrounding area to do and see during your stay. Baby's Cot and High Chair already at our holiday home for your (baby's) use at no extra cost. Our fantastic town house villa benefits from spacious terraces as well as 3 good size bedrooms, living room, separate dining room, separate well equipped kitchen; the main bathroom is situated on the first floor next to the two main bedrooms and is complete with bath shower twin wash hand basins bidet & WC; there's a separate shower room with large shower enclosure, wash hand basin & WC on the ground floor. The two main bedrooms have their own access to the East facing Mid Floor Terrace (26 sqaure metres approximately) enjoying views over the roof tops of Manta Rota towards the sea. The third bedroom has access to its own w.c. & was hand basin; it also has a door to the sunny top floor terrace (16 square metres approximately) affording far reaching south-westerly views over the surrounding countryside including lemon & orange groves towards the sea, great for watching the sun go down in the evening with a glass (or two!) of wine. Furnished outside on the sunny West facing Ground Floor Patio/Terrace (26 square metres approximately) is a built-in Portuguese style barbecue/BBQ, large outdoor dining table and 6 chairs enabling you to dine al fresco. The internal living accommodation space is about 155 square metres in size (plus there is also the additional private outdoor spaces (patio & terraces) totalling 68 square metres approximately). About 4 weeks from the start of your holiday I will send you detailed instructions on how to travel to and access my lovely holiday home. Within the email will be comments on some of the local amenities (restaurants etc) available in Manta Rota and Vila Nova de Cacela. My key holder will be available to hand over the keys to you upon your arrival at my gorgeous holiday home and to show you around the house, where everything is placed and how everything works.
