VILLA MARCUS is a 125 square/meters luxury Villa located in the quiet suburb of Prines, 6km away from Rethymno city. The villa has a panoramic view of the sea, the surrounding mountains and the traditional village. The villa is built on three levels and it is surrounded by a beautifully decorated garden. It is consisted of three bedrooms and a comfortable bathroom equipped with a large Jaccuzi and a washine machine on the upper floor. The first floor has a fully equipped modern kitchen with microwave, fridge, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker and all the necessary utensils, a large living room with a functionable fireplace, a dining room and a bathroom with shower.
