The pool can be heated with an additional daily cost, please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice.
Payment Schedule: The deposit needed in order to secure the booking is the 25% of the total cost of the reservation. The remaining balance is due to be paid 21 days prior to the guest’s arrival.
A refundable security deposit of 500€ is also required.

The best Villa on the north coast with a marvelous wiev to the see.
we vere a family 11 persons. Lots of place in the house. The 5 grandchildren lived downstairs, and 6 grown up upstairs. So everybody enjoyed the stay in the big house. And especially the grandchildren "lived" a lot of the holiday time in the heated pool. Easy to trade near by the house. Easy to look around and to visit Rethymnon, Chania and Imbros. Good restaurants in walking distance in Prines. Everything was perfect. Even too, the weather was perfect. Perfect to spend all our meals by the pool, an enjoy the marvellous wiev. I am sure we want to come back to the house. And Thank you to Emililia for welcoming to us when we arrived late in the night.

Great Place to stay
The villa was wonderfull, with a clean pool, clean rooms and really nice kitchen with everithing you want, and the owner was really really nice.Emily (the host) give us at the arrival time some food platter, some wine which was welcomed after the flight
I recomand it with pleasure.

Beautiful villa, great for families
We spend 9 great days in Delfini Villa and had an amazing time.
We were with 2 families and 5 kids aged 5-10 and the villa was great for that.
The facilities were excellent: 5 good sized bedroom with very comfortable beds, good clean and modern bathrooms with good showers, good kitchen, good size modern living room with beautiful high ceiling, a good outdoor bbq and good (although a little small) pool. Not to forget 3 very friendly cats with 2 little kittens when we were there.
The villa is very private with no other houses overlooking the house. There is a lovely vegetable patch at the back of the house where we harvested fresh tomatoes and aubergines.
We paid additionally for the heating of the outdoor pool, which was a good choice in October and wel worth it as the kids spend most of their time in the pool.
We had a great time and would very much recommend it.

Cozy Vacation Villa as described
This villa is exactly as described.. Very nice, spacious and very clean.. When we arrived in the villa, the owner Emily welcomed us.. She even prepared a fruit platter for us.. We stayed in the villa for 1 week and I would say, it’s really perfect for a family vacation.. It feels so comfortable and pampered to stay in this villa with a panoramic view.. She attended all the things we need and this makes us feel so comfortable to stay in her villa.. As we go home, she even gave us a small gift as a remembrance.. So sweet Emily.. I strongly recommend everyone to stay in her villa.. For us, it’s a double thumbs up!

A Dream com true!
We stayed with friends at Villa Delfini this August - we were two families. In short - it was perfect! The location is spot on. The Villa is in a very quiet area up the hill - but within less than 10 minutes you are in Rethymno - with all there is in terms of infrastructure. Shops, restaurants - you name it. And Rethymno is a very charming city - even in peak season.
The premises of Villa are wonderful. The Garden is well looked after and simply beautiful. The pool area is spacious very well equipped and the view is magnificent. The first positive impression is confirmed when moving inside. Spacious, and very nicely decorated and equipped - in all aspects. All rooms were really nice - so no-one felt short traded. Quite on the contrary.
On top of this comes the service - that really is second to none! Emily, the owner shows upon with the cleaning service every other day to make sure that everything is spot on. She goes out of her way to make the stay perfect. We had a small plumbing problem in one of the bathrooms. It was looked after and sorted out the same day we reported it. The cleaning service comes every three days and is very diligent. The Villa also has a concierge service that is very good! We used it to book a tour, they send us an complimentary invite to beach club and recommended booked restaurants for us. Really superb!
So where are the shortcomings? Two weeks were not long enough to find anything worth mentioning here. Over time we have booked around a dozen holiday homes around the mediterranean sea in a similar price range. Villa Defini made it top of our list. So ist it 5 out of five? No. Why not? It is a six - only you cannot see it in the rating.

Ecellent
We were 6 people in the property and are very happy with it. New and clean and very well equipped. Many toilets, bedrooms and large garden. The location is good with the need for a car, then it is close to beaches and the city as well as restaurants. We have rented houses beyond the world but nothing that has been better than this house. Nice and helpful owners. We have nothing bad to say, just that time went too fast.

Just a wonderful place..
we just had a great time: everything was tidy and modern and you will feel home right away...the place is large and its not far to the next little village where you find a homemade bakery and restaurant...the view and pool is also wonderful. The garden provided us with some vegetables.

The villa is located just next to the village “Atsipopoulo”, a well known village which has grown up fast in last 10 years and now is actually a small town and a suburb of Rethymno. There is nothing that you cannot find in Atsipopoulo nowadays, as it has all kinds of shops, supermarkets, bakeries, many restaurants and services.
The spot of the villa is ideal for people who want a quiet place to relax but to be close to everything.
Furthermore it is a great base for making excursions around Crete as the main national road is only 2 minutes away.
Finally, the lively town of Rethymno, where you can find a big variety of shops, restaurants, cafes, all kinds of amenities, as well as a long organised sandy beach, is just a short drive away.
