In one of the most beautiful bays on the Adriatic Coast, just 8km from Dubrovnik there is a small place called Zaton Mali. There is where you will find our Vodnica Apartments, which are merely 80m from the crystal, blue sea and two lovely pebble beaches.
If you are coming with your own car, there is a parking place just in front of the Apartments. But if you are coming with an airplane, a transfer can be organized by appointment.
All of the apartments have fully equipped kitchens, bathrooms and also WI-FI, air condition, SAT TV- LCD as well as a small balcony from where you can enjoy the surrounding nature and the bay itself.

Amazing holiday
Great apartment. Very clean and modern. Great location. Big parking space. Amazing view from the terrace. Owners (Mato) were very welcoming and friendly. We will definately come back.

Best apartment we stayed in during our trip to Croatia
Lovely apartment, completed for 2013 so all fresh and immaculately clean with a comfortable bed. Spacious with an open-plan kitchen/living room - full cooker and all equipment, including a kettle (2 out of 4 places we stayed didn't have a kettle!)Balcony has nice view towards the water. Friendly and helpful hosts - collected us from the ferry as we didn't have a car.Very near the water with swimming from quay/rocks/stoney beaches. Kayaking, stand-up paddle boards for hire locally. Easy bus journey into Dubrovnik - it was a relief to escape the intensity of the city - it seemed hotter in the city and was very busy.Buses come back late too if you want an evening in town. If you want some peace and quiet this is a good choice,ideal for families. Probably too quiet for younger/livelier folk. The main road is quite busy - it didn't cause any problems in this property but could in others. A couple of restaurants and supermarkets locally. If we were to return to the Dubrovnik area we would definitely stay here again.

Miło, czysto, świetna lokalizacja,przystępna cena.Znakomite miejsce do wypadów.W pobliżu cudowny Dubrownik, 50 m do plaży, 15 min. piechotą przepiękna zatoczka - Buskova. Polecam!

About the neighborhood
The bay itself is known for its peacefulness , lovely beaches, and seafront promenade that leads all the way to Zaton Veliki. Your vacation days can be fulfilled with swimming on the nearby beaches, relaxing in the shades of magnificent trees or if you are feeling adventures you can choose between scuba diving, cycling, kayaking, or going for a walk on a mountain pedestrian trail.
All of this you can also do on the nearby Elaphite Islands (Lopud and Å ipan) with the boat ride by appointment.
For all nature lovers, 6km from Zaton Mali, there is The Trsteno Arboretum where you can see a summer villa from the 16th century which is surrounded by decorous gardens spreading along a terrace, overlooking the sea.
During the night you can visit one of the many local restaurants with local food like prosciutto, cheese, sea food and meat specialty.
The reason why you will enjoy Zaton Mali and our Apartments is because its peacefulness and surroundings are the receipt for a beautiful, relaxing holiday.
