Our luxurious seafront villa consists of 4+1 rooms, 4+1 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, sauna, gym and BBQ area. It has private parking and provides everything for a enjoyable holiday with the pool just few meters from the sea (there is just a road in between). With 247m2 and 5 bedrooms, this new house can accommodate 8+2. On the ground floor there is a living/dining room with an exit to the terrace with a beautiful Sea view, infinity swimming pool and barbecue area. Ground floor includes sauna, shower place and small toilet. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, each includes own bathroom balcony access with sea view. Behind house is parking space for three cars. Guest Access Villa offers you a luxurious accommodation experience with beautiful sea view. It is ideal for families, couples and small groups of people. There is a stony beach with concrete sunbathing areas just in front of the Villa. 200m away from the Villa is a beautiful pebble beach ideal for children Other Things to Note Marina is a tourist resort and a small harbor near the old Middle Dalamtian town of Trogir. The place is dominated by a picturesque fort. The Marina locals were traditionally involved in fishing and marine, but today are more occupied with fishing. There is a small harbor near the Marina core, on the north side of the Marina bay, which holds 120 berths and is very interesting to the boaters. Marina holds numerous historical monuments. The beaches are pebbly and sandy and are suitable for family vacations. Numerous pine and olive trees provide a pleasant shade during the hottest time of the day. Those in search of an active vacation and sports can relax and enjoy sailing, diving, fishing, soccer, basketball, volleyball and numerous other sports activities. Gastronomy enthusiasts can savor the Dalmatian delicacies in restaurants in vicinity. More
