Villa
Villa is surrounded by pine forest and only 30 meters from the Mediterranean sea.
It's fantastic strategic location enables you to enjoy privacy, comfort and Authentic Dalmatian ambient while all the great attractions (Trogir, Primošten, Šibenik, Split, Brač, Hvar, Krka waterfalls and ancient Salona...) are all in the close neighborhood.
Garden area comes with 32m2 large sea view swimming pool, and spacious summer kitchen(BBQ) with wooden table and chairs.
Outside area is emphasized with 3 terraces, and the largest one (50m2) on the top floor has an overview of all surrounding islands.
Private stone organised beach is 2 levels below just across the road, and the pebble, public one is 200m away.
This villa worked very well for our stay last week. The owners parents were great looked after us so well. Very kind and helpful.
Would love to go back again with friends and family.

We had a great time in this beautiful seaside villa. The combination of big BBQ facility near swimming pool was perfect for our group. One of the owners came to clean the pool every 2 days which was impressive.
ViIla is located in between touristic attractions we wanted to visit. Trogir can be very crowded and hard to park in during weekend evenings. Primosten was lovely.
Stipe was a great host, communicative and very helpful. He offered us with delicious homemade liquor.
Cons: One of the toilets is pretty small and I wish there was espresso machine.

I don't know was it because of the sunny weather, the fantastic pool or the overwhelming pine tree smell - I just know that our stay here felt heavenly. It was a perfect oasis to escape from our daily routines and charge our batteries until the summer vacation (we are already seriously considering a week at Stipe's place with 3 other couples).
About the place alone - top value for you money.The host is very interesting and professional, responding in minutes every time.
One of the places we are really looking forward to get back.
