It has a private pool (10 m X 3 m).
The house is situated in a peaceful environment but not far from Benidorm, Altea , Calpe.
Hiring a car is advised.
At the moment some more building is going on in the neighbourhood. So during weekdays there might be some noise during the day.

The house is situated in urbanisation " La Alberca" in Polop. It is a quiet neighbourhood but it is close to Benidorm, Altea, Albir, Alfaz del Pi, Guadalest y Calpe.
It is the ideal location for hiking and cycling.
Nice mountainviews and see views. You can even see the Peñón d' Ifach.
