Woke up every morning in paradise!
Just stayed here with my family over Easter. We were actually told by the owner that we were the first guests as both villas were completed over the winter. Main positives are the amazing view, and new & comfortable interior (which had everything). Very private and quiet as there are no neighbors nearby. Location is close to the main town in Mani and also to a very nice beach (though too cold to swim while we were there). Recommend for a family or bunch of friends to spend a relaxing holiday.

Romantic holiday with great view
I had previously travelled to Mani and I already knew the magnificent setting of the area. This time though I enjoyed the comfort of this new hotel-villa in Oitylo made from stone and wood like in the old days. It gave me all I needed for a calm, comfortable escape from the city. We (me and my husband) enjoyed an ecxellent view to the sea from our balcony and a very romantic full moon!

best ever
state of the art housing facilities, breathtaking view, proximity to beaches, areopoli, etc, and most of all, the best owners ever that made our stay an excellent and unforgettable experience with their finesse, discretion, hospitability and care.

excellent stay
this villa is the best place we ever stayed. it is super luxurius with the best materials(cocomat, billiards, home cinemas)everything you will ever need for a luxurius stay. the service is excellent fenia is very helpful and friendly.

Great place, great view
If you're looking to stay in the heart of the Mani this has to be the place of choice. The house is modern, beautifully furnished, comfortable and well looked after by its owner, and for the mornings and evenings, either having a coffee or a wine on the veranda, it has a stirring view. And the rest - lots to do, plenty of walks, great food!

Τριήμερο με φίλους
Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία και θέα στον κόλπο του Οίτυλου.
Βολική η τοποθεσία για εξερεύνηση της Μάνης.
Ανετότατοι οι χώροι για φιλοξενία 6 ατόμων.
Συνδιασμός της μανιάτικης αρχιτεκτονικής εξωτερικά με τη λιτή , φίνα και κλασσάτη εσωτερική διακόσμηση.
Πλήρης εξοπλισμός σε όλους τους χώρους.
Το αγνάντεμα από τη βεράντα της βίλας προσφέρει καθε στιγμή της ημέρας ηρεμία και απόλαυση.

Superb!!!
Our stay in Fenia's house was something to remember! We were 2 families, 7 people in total, and we were very well accommodated. The house was very modern with all the amenities that one could use in a daily life. We could cook and enjoy our meals in the fabulous terrace, viewing the pool and the great sunsets. Stamatis, Fenia's brother, welcomed us and was very very kind and helpful with whatever we needed. The house is very close to a sandy beach with a lot of taverns near by. Limeni village with its famous blue beaches is 5 min drive and Areopoli town is 15min drive, where you could find everything you need.
Mani is a perfect place for vacation and Fenia's house made it even more comfortable and relaxing as it could be!
Thank you Fenia and Stamatis, we will come back!

Spectacular
Excellent both properties with spectacular views of the bay. Villas were fully equipped. Host was extremely friendly and helpful.
