Adresse à retenir absolument.
Si vous rechercher un logement typique de Tenerife, loin du tourisme de masse, alors cette casa rurale est faite pour vous. Ne vous attendez pas à un hôtel 5 étoiles, ni à un appartement de luxe, mais plutôt à un logement à mi chemin entre une chambre d'hôte et un gite rural dans une bâtisse traditionnelle canarienne...Le notre était composé d'une chambre, d'un salon, d'une pièce à manger avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner et d'une salle de bain. Cette location est idéalement bien placé de l'aéroport (à moins de 10 minutes) sans en subir les nuisances, mais aussi des commerces à Tacoronte environ 5 à 10 minutes (Super et Hypemarchés Superdino et Lidl entre autre) et de la première plage et aussi piscine naturelle à Mesa del Mar (environ 10 minutes). Par sa situation géographique, vous accédez en moins d'une heure aux portes du parc naturel de l'Anaga, et au bout d'une heure aux portes du parc national du Tedey via El portillo . Santa Cruz et la plage de la Teresitas à 30/45 minutes selon la circulation automobile...En effet, il y a beaucoup de monde sur cette île et la circulation est assez dense. Les quelques défauts de cet habitat traditionnel, (un peu sombre et manque d'éclairage dans la pièce à vivre) sont vite oubliés par les nombreuses terrasses mis à notre disposition dans un cadre typique très bien décoré au sein même de l'établissement. Coté accueil Quel Accueil!!!! Non seulement, un cadeau de bienvenu nous attendait, mais nous avons eut droit aussi à une nouvelle surprise pour la Noel mais aussi la saint Sylvestre....Autant vous dire que le propriétaire des lieux sait recevoir....Enfin dernière surprise, le ménage et les draps changés directement tous les 3 jours par une adorable femme de ménage...Bref, nous sommes plus que satisfait par cette location dans une maison typique de l'île de Tenerife.....Ayant de nouveau l'intention de retourner sur cette île (il y a tellement de chose à voir et de randonnées à faire, qu'il faut un bon mois pour bien découvrir Tenerife) il est évident que c'est ici que nous déposerons à nouveau nos valises désormais.

Fantastico
Un lugar maravilloso como centro de operaciones para recorrer la parte norte de la isla. Precioso alojamiento rural. Buenas calidades y todo muy espacioso. Por decir algo a mejorar, la señal wifi, pero entiendo q es por el grosor de los muros.
Repetiremos!

Como en casa, o mejor
Hemos pasado dos semanas estupendas en el alojamiento rural de Jose (pareja con un niño de 11 años). Como en casa, o incluso mejor. La casa está muy bien equipada, en un entorno muy agradable, rodeada de un precioso jardín con árboles frutales y ornamentales y una pequeña piscina (pero más que suficiente para refrescarte y tomar el sol). La localización es muy buena para conocer el resto de la isla. Jose es un magnífico anfitrión. Ha estado pendiente de nosotros y nos ha brindado su ayudado siempre que se lo hemos pedido. Sin duda, repetiremos si tenemos la oportunidad de volver a Tenerife.

Empfehlenswert
Schöne, ruhige Finca in einem Wohngebiet. Toller Garten. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht.Der Eigentümer ist bei allem behilflich.
Vielleicht etwas dunkel aber bei Hitze wahrscheinlich schön kühl.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Pequeño paraíso!
Sitio perfecto situado en Valle Guerra. Es un grupo de 3-4 casas individuales muy completas y muy bien mantenidas y decoradas.
El trato con el dueño y la asistenta perfecto. Muy amables e informando de que poder ver y comer por la zona y al rededores.
El exterior de la casa una belleza. Es un pequeño paraíso... con la piscina, la barbacoa, la terraza... los jardines que tiene que hace que sea todo muy intimo y con una tranquilidad perfecta (como se aprecia en las fotos).
Volvería sin dudarlo ni un segundo.
Un 10 como una casa!

A quiet, rural gem in the North
I was a solo traveller looking for a quiet base to explore the north of the island and the Anaga mountains, by foot and bicycle, and his accommodation fit the bill. The owner was welcoming, friendly and helpful. The garden hammock and refreshing pool were welcome sights after long, hot days hiking and cycling. The accommodation has real character. The kitchen is basic but, whilst suitable for my needs, I'm not sure I'd like to be cooking large, complex meals for multiple people. The local buses provided good connections to all the villages, towns and cities - a car is not essential. A bicycle hire company in Tejina, will deliver a rental bicycle to the accommodation for you. The local town, just a walk down the hill, has small shops and bars. During my ten day stay I saw hardly any other tourists, which was, for me, a bonus (as I appreciated the authentic local experience and the welcoming encouragement when I tried out my very limited Spanish!). I'd return to this rural get-away, and I'd recommend it to my family and friends.

Nos encantó, una estancia excelente, totalmente recomendable!
Buena ubicación para visitar la isla si tienes coche o moto, a 15-20 mint de muchos sitios de interés (Santa Cruz, aeropurto norte, La Laguna, parque de Anaga y muchos otros) y la otra punta de isla, el sud, a una hora. El apartamento rural excelente, bonito, cuidado, limpio, y con todos los utensilios necesarios tanto para la cocina como en el resto de la casa (secador, toallas, guias para viajar en Tenerife,...). Fuera del apartamento también es bonito, jardin cuidado y con zonas para descansar (amaca, piscini, mesas para comer, barbacoa, zona para hacer gimnasio y un mini apartamento como zona común). Jose, el propietario muy atento y se preocupó para que no nos faltara de nada y estuviéramos a gusto, mas de una vez nos preguntó si nos faltava algo y nos orientó para visitar sitios en la isla. Jose se adaptó a nuestras necesidades (nos ofreció las dos cunitas y la banyera para los bebés). Su prima, la mujer que limpia durante el dia, también simpática i atenta. Se nota que Jose ha reformado una vivienda que habia sido de sus antepasados pensando en que la gente estuviera a gusto. Nosotros fuimos con mi pareja y dos bebés gemelos de 4 meses, estuvimos muy bien, lo mas parecido a estar en casa, pero también muy buena opcion para parejas y amigos y familias, o personas solas. Totalmente recomendable si buscas tranquilidad y un ambiente rural "tenerifeño".
