Ein schönes altes Haus mit großzügigem Außenbereich. Die unübersehbaren Mängel (hellhörig, kaum Heizmöglichkeiten, undichte Fenster, Möbel teilweise abgewohnt ....) beeinträchtigen den Urlaub spürbar. DasHaus ist nur nach einem etwa fünfminiütigen Gang per Fuß erreichbar. Lagebedingt kann die maximale Sonneneinstrahlung Ende Januar etwa vier Stunden betragen. Für die gebotenen Leistungen überbezahlt.
