Just five minutes drive from Puerto del Carmen. The villa offers a quite peaceful stay without being remote. The property is constantly maintained and finished to a high standard. The interior is spacious and attractively furnished. There are two large bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two singles. There being adequate room in the second bedroom for additional beds. There is an en-suite shower room and family bathroom. About the neighborhood

Excellent location for a quite peaceful holiday without being remote. Close to all local amenities including a very large supermarket, 900 meters, and some very good local restaurants. Ten minutes walk from the local Teleclub who sell food and drink at locals prices, a taste of the real Lanzarote.

Getting around

Although listed as a country villa we are not remote. Just ten minutes by car to Puerto del Carmen, Puerto Calero and Tias. There is a local bus that passes by the villa that will take you into Tias or Puerto del Carmen. Many guests take the bus into town and get a taxi back, should cost no more than 7/8 Euros taxi fare. Perfect spot to unwind and relax without being too far from the main resort.

How to get there

Flights to Lanzarote can be arranged via most airlines. These include Ryan Air and Easy jet. Numerous car hire companies to choose from including Cabrera Medina and Autoriesen. Both very good companies with safe reliable cars at reasonable rates. A taxi from the airport to the villa should cost no more than 20 Euros
