Inside the house there is a big sitting with dining area, fully equipped kitchen and fireplace, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the first floor can be found a second sitting area with a sofa bed, the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and one more bedroom with entrance through the master bedroom, ideal for children with their parents near. Wooden ceiling, wooden floor on the first level and antique furniture. Air-conditioning in all bedrooms. The villa is ideal for children of all ages.
Outside: The villa is surrounded by big absolutely private gardens immersed in the green with pine, poplar and palm trees, eucalyptus, bougainvilleas and roses. There is a big patio surrounded by trees where you can enjoy your meal or rest on the swing. A big built-in barbecue (BBQ) is to be found at the gardens. The large shaded verandas are ideal for resting or dining ‘al fresco’ with great view to the gardens and the sea. In the gardens behind the house you can find a lot of fruit-bearing trees of all kinds (orange, fig, lemon trees etc.).
Coast/beach: A sandy beach is right in front of the house. The sea is ideal for children of all ages as it is shallow and safe. Near the villa there is a variety of wonderful beaches to choose from.

Lovely location just a stroll down the driveway and straight onto the beach.
The villa is very stylish and beautifully decorated and is ideal for large families.
Theodosis and Sophia left us a lovely welcome pack and as we were staying over Easter weekend an Easter egg as a gift.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return in the near future!!

Great quiet spot in sleepy southern Corfu
The house is large and decently-equipped, located on a quiet beach right next to the Lefkimmi ferry port. It was quiet and relaxing. The porch and lawn provided places to lounge, along with the spacious interior of the home. The only challenges were the windows, which leaked considerably in a thunderstorm (the only bad night of weather we had). Overall, a fantastic spot. The beach here is sandy and the water is calm, clean, and warm in September.

A perfect vila right on the beach
5 star all round. this is a lovely villa - set in its own beautiful grounds. The house is spacious and well fitted out - a nice mix of vintage and modern furniture. And facing the beach. You can pick lemons from the trees - make lemon cake and lemonade. Walk along the beach in the morning, and go into Lefkimmi for dinner (Efta 7 is excellent). It is just near the southern port along the same stretch - but the port is quiet and won't disturb you. We went at Easter and had a lovely time - the whole beach to ourselves.

Paradise
We have stayed at villa lefka on a number of occasions. It such a great find. Off the beaten track but so close to a main road and Lefkimmi which is a lovely village with beautiful restaurants. The villa has everything that you need for your stay and the beach which is right in front is idyllic. It's also perfect for children as the water is shallow. I would thoroughly recommend that you stay here.

Wonderful location, excellent conditions!
We stayed at begining of August in this wondeful villa, surrounded by old palm and lemon trees, located right on a small beach. It is a stunning sensation get off the bed and jump in the blue sea in the morning and be completely lonely on the beach. The villa is equipped with everything you need and decorated quite stylish, very nit and clean.
One hint: you will get free cocktails from the beach bar next the villa. The flipside of it is that sometimes they have midnight beach party, therefore you will become a house music fan. If you are looking for quiet and isolated places, this could be the only incovenience, We managed it by participating the party at the end! :-)

Villa Lefka is located near Lefkimmi traditional village, the main village in the south of the island. A beautiful river crosses the center of the village. In Lefkimmi there are local tavernas, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, general stores where you can buy clothing or souvenirs, ATM/bank, chemist, medical center.
The villa is approximately 45km from Corfu airport and port. The port of Corfu is linked daily to the main Italian ports. Taxis are available, also it is convenient to rent a car.
Lefkimi's traditional port is a 5 minute walk from the house. The important port of Igoumenitsa is linked many times daily to Lefkimi’s port with small ferries.
