Welcome To Mathios Luxury Homes at Akrotiti in Santorini
We’ve created three three independent houses & one Villa with respect to the architecture and the tradition of the island , built with materials from thira stone and marble all with a romantic style
They are located in the south side of Santorini island facing the kasteli , which was built in 1335 during the medieval Venetian period .
They are also near the Minoan ruins 1450 BC , as well as the unique Caldera beaches , the red and the white one
Our newly built complex combines the beauty of the countryside of the island and also all the modern and luxurious amenities
The residence may each accommodate 2 to 6 people and is a perfect place for the accommodation for those who want something special and unique

Una vacanza indimenticabile
Sono stato per le mie vacanze a Santorini ed abbiamo soggiornato presso il Mathios Luxury Homes. E' stata una scoperta fantastica. Decorazioni bellssime e rifinite in maniera eccellente, una vista sensazionale ed emozionante che ci ha lasciato a bocca aperta ogni giorno, ed una piscina privata dove abbiamo passato momenti emozionanti. Per finire, una colazione fantastica fatta in casa . Consiglio a tutti di prenotare la propria vacanza da sogno presso il Mathios Luxury Homes. Non ve ne pentirete!!!

Nice homes
Nice new homes with balkonys lovely bathrooms and modern bedrooms all with smart tvs. The pool was great and lovely space found the pool home made breakfast every morning

Exquisite houses with wonderful people
Fantastic new homes. Near the cattle of akrotiri wonderful views to caldera, modern style , lovely bedroom and balcony’s The staff were friendly and tried to ensure our stay was a wonderful experience. Few Minutes distance to all the restaurants modern facilities, nice breakfast well organize from Mr Kostas thank you

AMAZING VACATION TO MATHIOS LUXURY HOMES !!!!!
Amazing new Homes nice pool and gardens , great home all with details , breakfast always ready for us , always very clean , we had a great holiday magic sunsets we had a ATV and fantastic catamaran cruise in our last day excavations in akrotiri it was so interesting for us we will recommend you

Neuerbaute Villen in der malerischen Ortschaft Akrotiri.
Im traditionellen Styl, liebevoll ausgestattet. Freundliches Personal, reichaltiges Fruehstueck.
Die Burg und das Zentrum einfach zu Fuss zu erreichen.
Der Pool bietet die noetige Erfrischung.
Nur zu empfehlen.

Mathios houses
It was just amazing the house was super new the decoration was fabulous and the location just perfect not far from fira ! The owner is the best host ever very kind polite and friendly and gave us a lot of good restaurants and places to visit ! One of my best trips ever !

THE BEST PLACE IN GREECE!!!
First off this place was ridiculous!!! Such a phat pad!!! This home we got was classy, clean, so beautifully furnished! The bathrooms and showers worked so well the pool was amazzzazing!! And not to mention Mr. Acosta was the man! Him and his staff were the best served the best breakfast he set us up with yacht cruise and atvs and mapped out the whole town he had a connection at every place we went and made sure we were looked out for and his staff tended too us like we were family!! I will def come back here again!!

Mathios Luxury Homes
Words cannot describe the wonderful experience staying at Mathios Luxury Homes. The staff was very accommodating and very friendly. The villa was beautiful with its own private pool. The hotel rooms themselves were very nice. Free breakfast every day. Kostos, the owner, couldn't have been more accommodating with setting up our stay in Crete and Santorini along with airfares and cars. Thank you for a wonderful experiance.

Mathios Luxury Homes
We have been staying at Hotel Village Mathios since 1997 everytime we visited Santorini. This time we stayed in the Mathios Luxury Homes. They are beautiful with luxury bath, bedrooms, living room and kitchen. The outdoor living space has a private pool, lounge chairs, umbrella, and dining table and chairs. And there are private balconies out of each bedroom. The other nice thing is you are staying in a small village in Santorini; the village of Akrotiri. You are able to experience the real local life and are away from the cruise ship crowds in Fira and Oia. But you can go to experience those villages at non peak times. Kostas and his family are very welcoming and you feel like you are staying at their home. The staff is awesome and many of them have been working with Kostas for many years. Opa!

Most Amazing and Unique Vacation Experience!
I had an amazing honeymoon here with an experience that will truly last forever. Kostas, the booking agent and owner was so aware helpful and guiding that everything he suggested we did and it truly made a difference. He went above and beyond and responded to us DIRECTLY before finalized anything to recommend the best villa, time and what to do!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CONTACTING HIM FIRST! I must admit, I was weary of this as it was mt first time in the country but he is very well spoken and trust worthy! Here's a summary:
*Location: Within 20min of everything you want to do on the Island and with its own quite street. Everything meaning the BEST SUNSET spots, restaurants, winery, traditional towns, shops, supermarket, bakerys, etc.
*Villa: All new state-of-the-art 0equipment inside without losing the original traditional essence of Santorini. Faboulous well filtered private pool with beach 4 beach chairs and 4 person table with chairs, Roof top deck with ridicouls views, Smart Tvs, full kitchen with utensils, air conditioning you control and very comfortable beds.
*The booking agent and staff:
Go above and beyond to make this a great experience. They truly make it work for whatever you need and only recommend what they know works well. The nature of the people is to be honest, and Mathios Village staff supersedes all other interactions we've had! They are also a full blown travel agency and book anything addtional to do like rent cars/atvs, boat trips, restaurant reservations etc.
My wife and I will certainly be returning with our closest family and friends!
