Newly built for 2015, these three luxury villas, each sleeping 8 people, with private swimming pools, beautiful furnishings and fittings, and enjoying fabulous sea views, are within walking distance to the picturesque village of Gennadi. In an elevated position, overlooking the sea and surrounding countryside, the villas offer a relaxing idyll, for the more discerning guest, and a great base for exploring the magical island of Rhodes.<BR><BR>Providing spacious accommodation, each villa is private from one other and are a very generous 133 square metres in size. Lovely villa in a great location.
We had a wonderful time staying at the villa. Larger than expected, it's a good size for a family. The pool is also perfect. Fantastic views to the sea while eating breakfast from the local shops. Within walking distance you have everything you need, bakery, restaurants, pharmacy etc.. The host is very friendly and accommodating, also prompt replies to any questions. Thank you for letting us stay in your villa. We hope to return!

Excellent
Excellent villa with all needed for a family holiday. Lovely setting and location great for local village ( 3 minute walk) and wider exploring. Host was extremely welcoming and would definately return here again in the future.

Amazing villa
Absolutely amazing. Loved the villa and the pool was great. It had everything we needed and the shop, bakery and restaurants were just a few minutes walk away. Bus stops within 5 minute walk too. Chemist also a 5 minute walk which does Covid tests to fly to the UK for €25 for the flow test. The owner was very nice and really helpful. Stayed as a family of 6 including children. Lovely little village. Would 100% recommend the villa, it was perfect.
Kiotari was a 10-15 minute bus ride for €1.80 pp each way where you can do water sports or boat trips.
Lindos took around 40 minutes where there is plenty of shops and was €2.80 pp each way.
Bus timetables are on each stop but they are not always accurate. If the bus is early it doesn’t wait and then there may not be one for a hour so be early !!

The Great Escape
This visit was our 3rd visit staying in one of these excellent villas!
The Covid issue had kept us locked down in the UK and we did not want to stay in a hotel so we had booked for June but we could not travel, consequently it was moved to August arrival for 2 weeks.
We cannot fault Tasos at any point as he is so wonderfully polite, helpful, genuine etc...
We had a very minor issue with a bulb out in the garden (very 1st world issue!) and within about 10 mins of the email Tasos sent his maintenance guy around who replaced it!
It won't be the most helpful review to be honest as we cannot do anything else other than reap praise on this place.
3 lovely villas to choose from, all just a short walk from Gennadi and it's shops and facilities, the beach is a pleasant walk in about 10 mins.
Thank you Tasos and we'll see. you soon..

Lovely villa
This villa is situated in a perfect location. It is in the lovely village of Gennadi, within walking distance of a supermarket, a bakery, two greengrocers selling the tastiest fruit and veg, a couple of gift shops, a couple of bars and some lovely restaurants. It is also very near to the local beach, again within walking distance. We loved the pool and the view of the sea from the villa and hope to return again one day soon.

Perfect holiday villa
This villa is just outside of the main village of Gennadi, great supermarket and must try the bakery. There are some lovely greek restaurants and you are made very welcome at all of them. The villa is lovely with views of the sea, very clean and tidy with a great pool. Our flight was delayed and so we arrived later than the original time, however there was no problem in meeting us and being shown round the villa. Great for families, and very well equipped we really enjoyed our stay and will have no hesitation on staying again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Beautiful villa in a beautiful town
Would not hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone. The owner was so helpful at every turn. Town was lovely as well. We didnt hire a car but shops, restaurants and beach were well within walking distances. Villa was spacious, well equipped and clean. A wonderful holiday and we will definitely return.

Really nice!!!
We are here for the second time and we really enjoy it. The house, the pool, the view. Cleaning is perfect. Service also. When we have a question or need something, it is arranged immediately. Everything works. And the house has everything you need. Full kitchen with induction, microwave, big oven,refrigarator with freezer. Bathroom with bath and shower and also one only with shower. Washing machine. Nice big rooms and plenty of space to put your stuff in. We especially like the veranda for breakfast and lunch and sitting outside, but not in the sun. The 2 parasols are also very helpful. In this area you need a rental car, because if you want to do something, you need to drive. In Gennadi is more than enough for making your own food available, and also enough nice places to go out for diner. The beach is boaring, but wide and there are parasols and beachbeds. And a few restaurants, but end of september they are closed,so we could not go there. Anyway Gennadi Aegean Horizon villas is great!!!
