This town-home has a wonderful layout for hanging out and allowing people to have space when they need it. We stayed as a group of six (grandparents, parents, and young kids). Grandparents stayed in the first floor king room with bathroom right outside. We stayed in king master suite, and kids stayed in the room with two twins with bathroom across the hall. That left the queen room still available. Open floor plan on first floor was great for hanging out and kids loved going right out to the private pool, which can been heated. We also loved having a grill available. Amenities down at the Oasis were fantastic and only a 10-minute walk or very short drive. Heated lazy river was wonderful. Kids loved the big slide and the super fun splash ground. Our schedule took us off property (Disney!), but with afternoon activities and a movie every night, it would be very easy to make a whole day of just hanging out at the Oasis. The location was fantastic for getting to Disney property. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property to other families.

We recently stayed in this newly constructed quiet townhome in Championsgate, Florida. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a great vacation, at a fraction of the price of staying on Disney property. We were 4 adults and 2 younger children. It was spacious and very comfortable for all of us. It was close to Disney (6.2 miles to the gate), shopping, restaurants and great golf. The management company (Tropical Escapes) was great to work with, as well. The property and the entire grounds (especially the Oasis recreation area) were really nice. I highly recommend this property to potential vacationers.
