We were blown away by how lovely this property is... The look on my children's faces when we opened the front door into the central courtyard with its fishpond and jacuzzi made every penny worth it. The orange and satsuma trees in the back garden, complete with bbq area, were amazing, and although we had been warned about the northern mountain area being chilly in winter, we were lucky with the weather and managed to sit out and bbq a couple of days. Mostly though we enjoyed the warmth of the jacuzzi or went out exploring this beautiful island - the house is very well located for day trips to Teror, Firgas, Las Palmas and the northern beaches, and Maspalomas is only a 50 minute easy drive away. We did have a few problems, but Pedro sorted us out straight away, and went out of his way to help us with some non-house related issues! The handbook he provides is also a god-send e. g. we had to change gas bottles for heating, but the handbook told us exactly what to do, so do read it! The tips for places to see and eat were also excellent, and we enjoyed great meals in Teror, El Roque and Los Castillos thanks to this. We would love to return in the warmer months to enjoy more of the idyllic outside spaces, but equally it was cosy for our first Christmas away from home. Muchos gracias Pedro e Beatriz.
