Casa tranquila bien ubicada
Casa sencilla y cómoda en una localizacion tranquila ,Xavier y Paquita muy amigables y familiares , repetiremos sin duda ! Totalmente recomendable para parejas !

Excelente, relax total a unos pasos de la platja de Mitjorn
Xavi y Paquita son unos excelentes conocedores de la isla, a quienes encanta compartir sus experiencias para hacer nuestra estancia más agradable. Seguid sus consejos de lugares a visitar, restaurantes, etc.. el lugar es muy tranquilo, difÃcil de encontrar pero Xavi y Paquita vendrán al rescate el dÃa de vuestra llegada. Un apartamento agradable, con todo lo necesario, para relajarse y no moverse mucho, o como punto de partida para constantes paseos por todos los rincones de la isla.

Veramente bello
Un oasi di pace e tranquillità , la casa si trova vicino al piccolo paese di san francesc, molto bello, e vicinissima alla spiaggia di mijorn nella sua parte iniziale .
La casa e molto confortevole e ben attrezzata ci siamo trovati benissimo ! Nei dintorni ci sono minimarket e ristoranti .
Punto di partenza ideale per visitare l'isola , indispensabile la macchina .

Casa tranquilla ed a 10 minuti di auto da es pujol e spiaggia di Illetes. Immersa nel verde, molto pulita. Proprietari molto gentili. Da ritornarci il prima possibile😂

Perfect place for relaxed holiday!
Enjoyed our 11 days stay very much. Clean and spacious house with everything you need inc. wifi and nice patio with all day sunshine. Near beaches and nice restaurants. Small grocery shops at walking distance and bike/ scooter rental around the corner. Very nice and helpful owners who respect your privacy. All round superb!

I can't wait to go back, my new favourite holiday!!
My girlfriend & I stayed here for one week in May. It was perfect. The Villa is lovely, clean, nicely kept and with all modern equipment. Outside you have a great area for dining which is hidden away from passers by. The town of San Fransesc is 10 minutes by bike, so not far if you need to stock up on food or fancy a drink in the evening. We visited many beaches here but by far our favourite was Platja de midorn, Its a stretch of paradise. Some of the best beaches I have ever seen. Would definitely go back and would highly recommend this place to stay. The owners were amazing & picked us up at the ferry & dropped us off when we where leaving. Highly recommended.

Superfint boende i lungt och skönt område.
Vi ville ha en bungalow med gångavstånd till havet i ett lugnt läge och det var precis vad vi fick. Ägarna Paquita och Xavier var så snälla och kom och mötte oss vid båten och körde oss till deras fina hus. Paquita och Xavier bodde precis sidan om och vi vill tacka dem för det fina mottagandet. I kylskåpet stod en flaska mousserande vin som en välkomst present :-). Vi gick i princip barfota i hela 2 veckor och uteduschen på terrassen användes flitigt eftersom det var 30-33 grader varmt. Havet höll 28 grader och stränderna var jättefint turkosblått. Gångavstånd ett en jättecharmig restaurang satte pricken över iet med härlig personal som vi sista kvällen faktiskt fick kramar av. Live musik bjöds det på varje söndag. Vi vill varmt rekommendera både boendet och själva ön Formentera, missa inte detta.

Muy buena ubicación, muy buena casa y mejor gente. Gracias Xavi y Paquita por vuestra atentas sugerencias y recomendaciones asà como la ayuda recibida durante esta semana.
Memorias de esta semana: brisa de los pinos, sonido del mar, los ratos en la apacible hamaca, los paseos a mitjorn, las buenas comidas....
