Villa Yannis is a traditional 4-bedroom villa with a private pool, located in the tranquil, traditional village of Asteri. The villa is located 3 km from the sandy beach and 14 km from the lovely town of Rethymno. Villa Yannis offers a lovely open plan living room, dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms on the ground floor and two more bedrooms on the upper floor are provided. A picturesque courtyard with private pool is also offered.

Villa recomendable
La casa está muy bien, equipada con todo lo necesario y muy limpia. 2 habitaciones con cama grande y 2 dobles. El dueño muy amable, nos regaló un licor hecho x el. Justo en frente hay un restaurante con terraza donde los jueves a las 20:30 tienen música y baile típicos griegos.

Perfect for someone who wants to avoid crowds.
Me and my friend wanted to get a nice private villa with a swimming pool and separate bathrooms in a lovely, peaceful area, and that is what we got. The villa is so nice and clean, you have everything you need. The owner, Yannis, if very helpful and gave us a wonderful gift of olive oils and wine upon arrival. The pool is perfect size, the patio is nice, with options to be in or out of the sun. Lovely balconies on the second floor for dinner (if it's very hot outside, the wind on the balcony helps) with an amazing view, all the way to the sea. There is a perfect restaurant just across the street and another restaurant five minutes walk away. Bigger shops can be found within 10 minutes driving distance. You can get a taxi to Rethymnon if you don't want to drive. The taxi was fast and reliable. Everyone speaks good English. A perfect stay!

Great stay.
My family and I, 5 adults and 3 children, had a wonderful stay in this villa. The court yard and pool was just perfect for the children and plenty of space for the adults. What I liked was that there was shade for those who wanted it and areas of full sun for the bathers. What made our stay was the large dinning table outside where we ate altogether and spent our day enjoying the outdoors. The villa is very spacious and well designed with everything you need to be more than comfortable. Each bedroom is a generous size with good quality furniture. The villa was also cleaned twice a week which is unusual and plenty of towels and pool towels were provided.
Yannis the owner, who is very friendly and speaks great English, is available if you need help. He gave us a welcome pack of local products such as wine and olive oil and even came one day with icecream for the children. Thanks Yannis for a great holiday. I would definitely recommend his villa to anyone especially families.
