Villa of contemporary design, with a swimming pool, located in the exclusive urbanization of Cala Llonga, in the unique port of Mahon, Menorca. The property was built in 2005 using good quality materials and large windows which provide a lot of natural light. It is distributed into two levels.
The first level consists of a living-dining room, spacious modern and fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, two double bedrooms (one on suite) and two bathrooms.
From the living room, one can access the covered terrace with a lovely pool.
The second floor has independent access and comprises a large master bedroom with a bathroom en-suite and a large terraced with fantastic views of the port.
