Situated in a vibrant neighborhood where there is no better place to experience the local culture in its surroundings. The property is located within proximity (200m) to the beach, supermarket and bus stop (5 minutes walk) and other amenities (300m-1km) - restaurants, shops, watersports (10-20 minutes walk).
As we are located in a residential area, there are potential for noise from time to time with everyday hustling and bustling, traffic and neighbouring pets. However it is a calm and quiet environment.
Construction work going on nearby between 8am-5pm. May experience some noise during the day.
