No 9 is a new air-conditioned town house on the beautiful West Coast of the island minutes from the beach and Holetown. The spacious ground floor is open plan leading onto a tropical patio with it's own plunge pool. The modern kitchen is superbly equipped - choose to eat at either the breakfast bar or at the dining table or maybe dine outside where you may spot a monkey on the fence or a humming bird hovering at the flowers! Relax on comfortable sofas and maybe watch DVD's or listen to your favourite track on the iPod dock. The tranquil, secure development consists of 28 town houses, has a communal swimming pool and tennis court.

What an amazing property! This townhouse style property is so spacious and extremely well equipped with just about everything you could possibly need for your stay! A complete home from home!! It is beautifully furnished & decorated and is really stunning! Upstairs there are 2 large bedrooms each with a bathroom and plenty of space for all of your luggage...

We stayed in this house for the whole of January 2016 and found it to be exactly as described. The accommodation was comfortable, the kitchen had all of the necessities for a self catering holiday, bedrooms were light and airy and the beds comfortable. The outside area provided adequate furniture for dining for 4. Overall we thought it excellent value...

The house is open plan downstairs with a superbly equipped kitchen complete with a breakfast bar separating the dining area. Comfortable sofas form the relaxation area around the TV and DVD player. Wireless internet is provided (the passcode will be sent to you in the house notes) Linen and towels are provided along with beach towels and hairdryers.<BR>
Never pay for your rental by wire transfer as this type of payment is untraceable.

This system was introduced to deter guests from leaving the air conditioning on all day with the windows wide open whilst spending the day at the beach!

The development is perfectly situated close to wonderful beaches, bars, restaurants and an abundance of nightlife in close by Holetown.<BR>For the keen golfer there are many fabulous courses around the island. Water Sport enthusiasts are not let down either with a vast choice of activities on the nearby beaches.
