Set in the countryside in a farm setting of 88. acres, an interesting 3 bedroomed Upside Down House. With excellent views over the countryside, the living area upstairs takes advantage of this and looks out on to the natural landscape, with the bedrooms and a second bathroom with bath located downstairs. This homely self-catering house located in rural North Nottinghamshire comprises of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom downstairs and single bed in the room with the spiral staircase plus a sofa bed in the living area upstairs to accommodate up to 6 guests. It has freeview and Wi-fi, a fully equipped kitchen and toilet & shower room upstairs and a bathroom with a bath downstairs .There is a lovely patio area with a table and chairs, overlooking the garden and paddocks and safe, private parki...

Very Happy Child
We enjoyed our stay, we felt very welcome and Deb and her stable hands/riding instructors looked after us and more importantly our 6 yr old daughter, who cried all the way home due to wanting to stay longer.
The studio apartment was extremely clean, heated and fully accesorised which is very important, wi-fi was included.
The location was excellent due to being close to the towns yet not effected by them. We spent a day at a theme park which was 10 mins away (handy when with children).
I would recommend this apartment.

holliday apartment
we stayed for a 3 day break in this lovely apartment on this working farm and equestrian centre it was very well fitted out and very clean we would really reccomend it

Home from home
The apartment was a surprise! The photos don't do it justice. Debbie has thought of everything! There was even stain remover in the kitchen cupboard! Hand wash, washing up liquid, although we'd take our own, tea towels and washing up sponges.... everything we could have possibly needed. The bed was very comfortable, the sofa bed, too. Our grandson stayed over the first night we were there, and liked sleeping on the sofa bed! While watching TV. There was plenty of utensils, crockery etc. microwave, toaster, kettle. The shower was lovely and hot each morning and the heating in the apartment was good. The most important this for us, apart from comfort, was that the apartment was very clean. As we said, the photos don't do it justice. We shall definitely stay again and would recommend it to others. Joni is disabled but managed the few steps up to the apartment. There is also a designated parking space at the bottom of the steps. Thank you Debbie. You deserve 10 stars for your thoughtfulness.

Warm welcome in a beautiful setting
The apartment is perfect for self - contained short breaks when we visit our family nearby.
Always spotlessley clean, very well equipped, warm and cosy in all weathers. When our grandsons visit they love to walk around the farm tracks, watch the pony lessons and play the indoor games provided.
Surrounded by fields, yet with several good pubs and restaurants nearby. Debbie is always available and happy to help if needed.
Our next visit will include a promised riding lesson for them! It is our sanctuary in Nottinghamshire.

Amazing!
I have never felt the need to write a review following any other holiday I have taken but had a fantastic time so thought a review was necessary! My husband and I stayed here with our 2yr old son for 2 nights. We absolutely loved it. The studio was modern, clean and had everything we could possibly need. The bed & bedding were extremely comfortable to sleep. The view from the studio was amazing and so relaxing. Son enjoyed watching the horses. Debbie is a lovely woman who is on site along with other staff which was reassuring incase we needed anything. Very value for money. Hoping to return and stay at the log cabin soon.

Clean and smart, all facilities provided for a comfortable stay
All modern furniture and kitchen utensils etc, Clean and smart. What I like most was that all facilities were provided for a comfortable stay. The only slight minus was the potentially risky vehicular access out on to the main road as it is on a sharp bend.

Perfect location
We stayed here for 7 days whilst waiting to move house. The apartment was modern, spacious, clean and well equipped. With great views across the fields. The owners were welcoming and friendly. We loved sitting on the veranda watching the horses and riders having great fun, I even had a riding lesson, the instructor was very patient as I had not ridden for some years. My family who live nearby came to visit numerous times and were surprised at the holiday feel you got when entering the stables. Even though it was a stressful time for us we came away feeling very relaxed just like you would on a holiday.

Lovely relaxing stay
What a lovely spacious studio apartment. Spotlessly clean. Great views of the farm. Comfy bed, slept really well :).
We stayed for one night only but next time we will stay for longer!

Lovely apartment, well equiped and spotlessly clean.
We booked to stay for a couple of nights just for a short getaway. The apartment is lovely and has everything you could need. The owners / staff do not bother you but are around if they are needed. We booked a discounted riding lesson - the instructor was great - we were novices but she was really patient and great at what she does.
Within walking distance of a few pubs, lots of info on restaurants and takeaways in apartment. Free wifi appreciated. Bus stop right outside.

A Beautiful Place
We booked this as a last minute, two night 'add on' to our week away and really wish we'd booked our whole week here. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and the apartment was fantastic. The view from the balcony was enchanting. The apartment was so well equipped we felt quite spoilt. The bed was really comfortable and two great nights sleep was enjoyed. We loved watching all the hustle and bustle of the equestrian centre but never felt it imposed on our peace and quiet.
