New house, completed recently in 2019, with a large private garden with centuries-old olive trees overlooking the Ionian Coast of Leuca.The property is situated between the countryside of Patù, less than 2 km from the bay of San Gregorio and from the small beach of Felloniche. I like very much this house becouse is so comfortable and so clean. The hause's garden is very beautiful and there are a lot of unique olive threes. It's near fantastic beach and town (like Santa Maria di Leuca, Gallipoli, Patù, Castrignano del Capo, Gagliano del Capo, Morciano). The residence is perfec for family becouse is so spacious.
In this holiday I had a lot of fun and relax, I will come back of course, but I hope the next time finding the pool.

Beautiful new house in the middle of the nature of Salento
This villa and the furnishings are a pure wonder (especially the bathrooms)
The house is clean and located in a quiet area surrounded by nature.
Nearby there are beautiful beaches (marina di san gregorio, ciolo, lido marini, marina di novaglie) and fantastic restaurants (Mimì, Fulana, Sant'Elia).
We will come back of sure
