Georgioupoli is a village in Apokoronas of Chania.
This independent villa provides you many advantages. Private Round swimming pool with massage streams, a soccer field and a basketball court for perfect enjoyment and fun activities for children and parents , private garden and of course private holidays. Ideal for family vacations, or group of friends!
Aloe villa is a two-level independent house. At the ground floor are a large kitchen with dinner room, the living room and a bathroom. At the first floor are 3 bedrooms and a larger bathroom with balconies and stunning sea and mountain views.

The towns of Chania and Rethymno are a short drive from the villa.

Perfect spacious villa
We had a wonderful stay in the Aloe Villa, There was plenty of room to relax and the amenities ( pool, AC) were great. Its a walk or v short drive to the village and beach, and a great place to explore Chania. Everything was spotless. The view cannot be beaten.

Lovely stay, brilliant location
This was our first visit to Crete. Eleni was really quick to respond to emails before we arrived and met us there to show us her lovely house. The house is located in a perfect area, very close to the wonderful town of Georgioupolis. It’s an ideal spot for exploring the island but also has a huge amount of amenities locally, restaurants, shops, bars, not to mention the wonderful beach. Thank you Eleni for opening your house to us.

Stunning views, peace & hospitality
We visited with our 3 teenagers and 21 yr old son for 2 weeks. The villa is 5 mins by taxi from the centre of Georgopoli which is full of good restaurants and a gorgeous beach. I am glad that we hired a car from the village but the taxi services are very good too. We don't mind the hilly walk to town either.
The villa itself was exceptionally clean and ww lived tge 'chillout veranda' with beanbags. The views are just incredible.
Eleni was the best host, bringing fresh eggs, tomatoes, melon and fruit several times during our stay. She is very warm and welcoming and is happy to advise you on how to make the most of your stay.
We will definitely return.

Fantastic villa with amazing views
Our first visit to Crete and we couldn't have asked for a better stay. Eleni went out of her way to make us feel very welcome. The villa has everything to make your stay comfortable and was immaculately clean.
The surrounding area is easy to explore by car and Eleni's suggestions for places to eat were spot on.

Spectacular views
We visited Aloe Villa in August this year and were delighted. It was the 5th time back to the same area of Crete and this villa did not disappoint. The villa itself was imaculately clean, had all the equipment and amenities we required for a family of four. The pool was just the right temperature and out 6 year old son learnt how to swim. The views from the villa are second to none overlooking Georgiopoli and the mountains. The hospitality of the owners were fantastic and couldn't do enough for us. The little touches of fresh fruit and vegetables from their garden and eggs from their chickens was just lovely. We would recommend this villa to anyone and hope to be back in the future. Loved it. ❤❤

Fab place to relax
The view is stunning. The villa is comfortable. Facilities tick all the right boxes. Even though it is quite small, the pool offers a refreshing tip after a long day. Aloe Villa is within easy walking distance of the town and the nearest beach is the best one in my view. The owners of the villa are extremely welcoming and considerate. I would recommend this villa to anyone (unless I wanted to keep the secret to myself)!

Great Villa
Recently spent a week at Aloe Villa. We were met with a friendly welcome from Eleni(and baby). The villa was very clean and perfect for our stay.Eleni and her husband could not have done more for us during our stay,suggesting places to visit and places to eat and going beyond what you would normally expect.Car hire is a must to reach the property and the parking a little tight but would not hesitate recommending Aloe Villa to anyone wanting a great villa with fantastic views and a well cleaned pool.

Great views, villa and host
We travelled with parents and teenage children. The owner, Eleni, was really accommodating providing alternative sleeping arrangements for our group. The little extras were so thoughtful such as toiletries and groceries on arrival and you felt more like a family friend than a paying guest. The villa is in a quiet location yet only a 2 minute drive from the delightful Georgiopoli where there is a great choice for dinner and great beaches. Easy distance to visit both Chania and Rethymno. The air conditioning, Wifi, pool and villa equipment could not be faulted. Even the towels and bedding were changed twice a week. We wish Eleni and her family every success with their new venture and would love to return one day.

Perfect Holiday Villa - Ideal for Families
We stayed in Aloe Villa for a week in July. The owner could not have been more helpful to us. We were given a very warm welcome and the loan of a buggy, cot, highchair, toys (much to the delight of our little ones) and the promise of "if there is anything else I can do for you, please let me know"
Location was great - spectacular views and not far from the town of Georgioupoli which is lovely and has great beaches.
Villa has all the desirable features - WiFi, air-con (very welcome feature in July!), private swimming pool and sun loungers, two bathrooms, balconies, the list goes on :-)
We would definitely recommend this villa as a holiday rental and will definitely be back ourselves!

If you are looking for a summer paradise...this is the place!
We are 2 couples and we stayed at Aloe Villa for 2 weeks in May! I have no words to express the hospitality of the owner and the beauty of the place it's self! The view is superb, having the sea at your feet while surrounded by the stunning beauty of the cretan landscape!
If you need to relax and escape from everything that bothers you there is no other place better than Aloe villa!
Small tip: get a nice bottle of cretan wine and enjoy the sunset by the pool and you would be amazed!
Access to the place is easy and the warm welcome of the owner was a first sign of what would follow!
The rooms are really fully equipped, comfortable and luxurious. There is WIFI and a kitchen and the owner is really helpful with anything we asked for!
This place is certainly great value for money!
It was a really great stay and we look forward to visit again in the summer! I would fully recommend Aloe villa for your stay, it will make your stay a great experience!
