The property is located in the corner of a very small square (perhaps courtyard would be more of an accurate description) and is surrounded by a number of other properties, the description of the property is misleading in that it gives the impression that there is a parking space however with the number of other cars in the square parking is a nightmare and indeed when we arrived we couldn't even get the suitcases to the door without lifting them over the neighbour's car. After the first night we gave up trying to park on the square and parked on the street around the corner which is about 5 minutes walk away and from what the neighbours told us parking in general is difficult in that area.

The house is indeed quaint, the television is old and it took us a while to work out how to use it as someone had left it on a timer so we were stuck with ITV for a couple of hours! The furnishings are on the whole comfortable, although the settee with the MDF board instead of webbing took...

Will add a photo of the outside of the house that is in The Square, this is the address so cannot be changed. Kettle has been replaced, so has shower, although it was working. The settee has webbing as well as MDF board to keep it firm. I was disappointed with the report, no positive thoughts, although in my visitors...

Cottage ideally situated in village location and contained everything we needed. Staying here with two teenagers meant that even though the twin room had a full size pull-out bed it was a tight squeeze and would be more ideal as a single room. The back garden was lovely and the sunken patio with table and chairs was peaceful. The parking in the square was not ideal as depending on what time we got back there wasn't a parking space and on a couple of occasions had to park in a nearby road. The village had everything we needed, shop that stocked everything, bank, post office and plenty of places to eat and friendly locals. The cottage was ideally situated to visit places in Kent, Canterbury, Sandwich and Hythe are all well worth a visit.

The balance shall be payable 6 weeks before the commencement of the rental. A refundable security deposit of £125 is payable when booking. PRICE INCLUDES ALL UTILITY BILLS.
