Water's Edge is a beachfront contemporary style apartment with beautiful views across Cushendun Bay. Cushendun village lies at the south end of Cushendun Bay. An open, gently shelving, golden sandy beach stretches northwards for nearly a mile, nurtured and protected by the volunteers from the National Trust. One of the most intimate, quiet and picturesque beaches on our North Coast, it just calls on you to explore its shores, Summer and Winter.

The property looks over the seafront; all of the accommodation is based on the ground floor and is accessed through your own front door. 'Nestled at the mouth of the River Dun (The Brown River) at the foot of Glendun, Cushendun is a charming, historic village with lots of character and folklore. The surrounding hills are a patchwork of hill farms, small fields, hedgerows and traditional stone walls.

By car, from Ballymena:

Take the A43 towards Cushendall, passing through Martinstown and Cargan. Approximately 2 miles after Cargan, turn left onto the B14, signposted for Cushendun and Cushendall. After a further 2 miles, turn left onto Gaults Road, signposted for Cushendun. Follow this road for about 4 miles until you reach a T junction. Turn left and follow this road for approximately 2 miles before turning left, signposted for Cushendun. Follow this road for a further 2 miles, going straight ahead at the roundabout in Knocknacarry, to reach the village of Cushendun. More detailed instructions on how to find the apartment itself will be provided after your booking has been confirmed.
