This extremely well presented, two bedroom apartment with private roof top Jacuzzi is located on the Royal Golf development within the popular resort of Vale do Lobo. The apartment owner is offering a complimentary Vale do Lobo welcome card to all guests staying in the apartment, which includes free use of the VDL resort bus, to take you wherever you want within the resort (during peak season, a route may be applied) free use of the pool at the tennis centre and various discounts throughout the resort, including golf, spa and fitness centre, tennis and beach watersports. This property has air conditioning throughout along with WiFI, both of which are included in the rental rates. The apartment is located on the second floor and has a lift with private access directly into the apartment. The accommodation consists of: A comfortable living room furnished with comfortable seating and TV including satellite channels. The dining area has a table and chairs for up to 6 people. There is a large private terrace accessed through large patio doors where an outside table and chairs provide a lovely area for Al fresco dining alongside a brick built BBQ. Leading off from the lounge area, is the kitchen which is modern and well equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and filter coffee machine. Please note there is a separate laundry room located off the entrance hall with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The Master bedroom is furnished with twin beds pushed together to make a super king size bed, has a TV and en suite bathroom. Patio doors open out to a good size balcony overlooking the front of the property. The second bedroom is a twin bedroom, has a TV and en suite shower room. Patio doors open up to a Juliet balcony. Outside on roof terrace: Stairs lead up from the main floor entrance hall to a lovely roof terrace, furnished with sun loungers and a raised Jacuzzi, allowing you to relax among beautiful tree top views.
