Our Beach House is conveniently located only steps away from the beach, and a 5 minute walk to Main Street. Take advantage of everything Sauble Beach offers, enjoy the wonderful shops, restaurants, entertainment, and much more.
This cozy and clean cottage is equipped with all you need for your perfect vacation. Open concept kitchen/ living room with eating area, full bathroom with tub/shower, fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge, utensils, kieug coffee maker, microwave, etc.
You will need to bring all linens for a queen and double bed including blankets, sheets, and pillows, also don’t forget your towels, etc.
For those rainy days, Wi-Fi, smart tv for you to login into your own home Netflix and cable.

Amazing Cottage!
Our family of 3 loved staying at this cottage! Steps from the beach, close to everything you could need, and about 20 minutes from swimming in the falls and hiking to the caves. Quiet private little spot. Close to the main beach too. We will definitely be back!

Perfect location,everything we needed.
The place was terrific. Close to the beach and The mail strip. Sauble had something on every night for the family.

Cute cottage steps from the beautiful beach.
We had a great time at this rental, very cute and cozy and a two minute walk from the beautiful beach.
I would recommend bringing some DVDs of your own to watch.

Relaxation!
The cottage was even better than its pictures! Lovely pine interior with vaulted ceiling, modern kitchen, nice bathroom and lots of storage. Kept us cool in the heat (fans/ceiling fan) and the yard and deck has a good mix of sun and shade. Located close to the beach, being only second row back, its stretch of beach was never crowded and the warm weather/water cooperated! Absolutely stunning sunsets for you photographers! It's only a few minutes walk down to the main street shops/restaurants/attractions, so the car was left parked (parking at cottage included in rental as you pay anywhere else in the town). The cottage was very clean, nicely decorated, well equipped and we enjoyed a few fires in the back yard fire pit and a couple of BBQs. I would recommend this cottage for a couple, as we were, with just overnight visitors. If you have others, the second bedroom is twin bunks for kids or single friends. To be honest, I might suggest the mattress in the master bedroom be replaced as it was not as comfortable as we would have liked and the pull out sofa ( we all know what any of those is like!) is okay if you've only someone staying a night or two on it. Overall, we had a lovely, relaxing time and would love to come back. I've already recommended the cottage to friends for next year. You won't be disappointed!

Nice little cottage
The cottage was nice and very close to the beach.
The only thing that was a bit of a drag was bringing sheets, blankets & towels for 4 people, took up a lot of room in the car and we had to go buy dish cloth & towel to wash the dishes.
I don't think I would book through tripadvisor again as they hold my $500.00 deposit for 10 days after we left.. I would think 2 to 3 days is more than enough time for the owner to know if there was damage..

Perfect cottage getaway!
Beach House was great, Tammie the owner was super nice and accommodating. This cottage had everything we needed and was only a few minutes walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend it to others!

Clean cottage in a good location.
We spent a couple of days in this nice cottage in a good location. The beach is only steps away and Main Street is an easy walk. We would certainly stay at the cottage again when visiting Sauble.

convenient; good ocation
convenient location with good access to the beach; good water pressure, lots of hot water; perhaps an update needed on some of the cookware. would have liked to have brought my dog
