Magnífica urbanizacion, estancia de lujo, apartamento nuevo, instalaciones con todo tipo de detalles, piscinas, padel, jardines, playa muy cerca para ir andando, cafeterias y restaurantes cercanos, supermercados...

Outstanding Apartment
This apartment is modern, well equipped and has everything you need for the perfect holiday. The terrace overlooks one of the swimming pools and is sunny in the morning, but has the advantage of not getting to hot in the afternoon.
The gardens and swimming pools are well maintained. The location is perfect. The supermarket is very close. Sabinillas, the beach, and Duquesa port are all within 10 to 15 minutes walk.

Very nice apartment in lovely complex. Modern decor and v clean. All 4 pools very good. Close to beach, restaurants and shops. Would def go back

Fantastic holidays in a marvelous place, the flat is perfect for 4 people, have all that you need, 4 swimming pool, 1 of them with salad water, private garage, private residential, padel courts, supermarket, farmacy, restaurants, the beach, etc... in 7 min. walking, the owner is very friendly.

Magnífico apartamento en la playa
Un apartamento magnífico, muy bien equipado.
Con pista de pádel, casi dentro del apartamento, y piscina en una urbanización muy tranquila
Todos los servicios de supermercados y restaurantes a un tiro de piedra y la playa ideal

Lovely apartment
Apartment is lovely with everything you need for a relaxing holiday
Jose reacted swiftly when decorators turned up unexpectedly so we were not disturbed

Volveremos
Fuimos a pasar unos días en familia y nos quedamos gratamente sorprendidos con el apartamento. Muy bien ubicado, parking cubierto, amplio y con gran gusto en su decoración. Además, José Luis su propietario nos había dejado algunos detalles a valorar para nuestra llegada.
También destacar la amabilidad y trato de María, la persona encargada de darnos las llaves.
A pesar de estar la piscina principal cerrada por final de temporada, las 4 restantes del complejo son sencillamente estupendas...y lo que las disfrutó mi nieto.
En resumen, magnífica estancia.
Volveremos!!!

Estupendas vacaciones
Hemos pasado unos magníficos días de vacaciones en este apartamento de Residencial Duquesa. Gracias a José Luis, su propietario, por facilitar nuestra estancia dándonos información sobre las playas y zonas de interés. En el apartamento te sientes como en casa desde el primer día ya que no le falta ningún detalle. Perfectamente equipado, cómodo y tranquilo. Sin duda, un lugar donde no dudaremos en volver.
